      Hi, i'm a fluent English speaker! There isn't much of a difference between "plenty of" and "lots of", but "lots of" usually implies there are more things. So if you said "there are plenty of dogs" it's like saying there's more than enough, there is a large number. But if you said "there are lots of dogs" I'd think there are way more dogs. Hope that makes sense.

    Hi, could you tell me if this sentence is correct? ' I was a Sr customer service professional in technical support and sales both for Bell Canada process at (company).' My doubt is if I can use the word 'both'. Please reply.

      hi, I'm a fluent English speaker (just came on this video out of curiosity). The sentence you wrote is super close to being perfect! you would want to say " I was both a Sr customer service professional in technical support and sales for Bell Canada process at (company)." instead. all you had to do was change where "both" was. You need to put it before the 2 things you listed. Everything else was perfect!
