@@helenaterschegget8791 depends what they go after him for to be fair, but probably. Either way the ruling makes sense. It’s not blanket immunity. It’s immunity to criminal prosecution for official acts. They could still go after him through congressional impeachment. Not that it will get anywhere.

The charges for the classified documents aren’t more about when he took them, but when he refused to give them back. Remember they never would have charged him with anything if he had given them back in the beginning. This is a fact that matters.

Biden did NOT keep the documents in a bathroom or ballroom. He and/or an assistant IMMEDIATELY rang the FBI to inform them that there were potentially classified documents in his garage. He also opened his other house for the FBI to come and look for any other documents, as well as his former office at Penn State. That is the difference between the orange buffoon and Pres. Biden.

The problem I have is basically the idea that a presidential candidate can break laws while running for president or participate in an attempted coup after losing office and there is literally no way for the American people to hold him to account.
Note: It does NOT MATTER if Trump would be found guilty or innocent for participating in an attempted coup. What matters is that SCOTUS has ruled that trying a former president legally for an attempted coup is not permitted.

However, since his core constitutional duties include upholding the law, any action that he takes that is not lawful, such as committing high crimes and misdemeanors, which is an impeachable offense, falls outside the scope of his immunity. It is impossible to associate a good or strong economy with Biden. A strong and secure border and respect for the rule of law cannot be linked with Biden. Only the wealthy are able to freely buy essential items for their families, as well as boast about acquiring homes and cars. Under Biden's leadership, there is a looming threat of a third world war. It is time for people to face the reality and elect someone who will truly improve and strengthen America. I am weary of blind party loyalty. Biden is not up to the task, and Kamala is a disappointment. Who will be next?

My comment was removed because I mentioned Biden, but yours was allowed because of you mentioned Trump and even some of the comment here suggest jailing trump. How do you all feel about that injustice to someone freedom speech while your is protected.
