Sincere question - does the area have a strong shark population? I've only swum in three spots around the Australian coast on visits and two of those I'd probably not do again now I'm a bit wiser!

One fatality every 4 years in SA, so not a big risk. But it is supposed to be a sharky area. Just hope I have my camera handy if I ever see one.
