Just a simple advice , before putting paneer just shallow fry it to make all the six sides a little crispy. Thus paneer won't break and will even taste good.

Fry the panner first before putting it into curry so it will give a crispy and tasty texture to ur curry
U may fry panner in any oil
But fried paneer is not healthy...
