And about six months ago I discovered your videos. I started checking it for myself everytime you say: Don't believe me, read it for yourself. As a really liberal Protestant many of us do not have some of these thoughts. The book of Revelation has a Beast but no Antichrist. There are such huge inconsistencies in the New Testament. Evangelicalism seems to get confused about book series like the Left Behind series and others.

I've been thinking this since I was confirmed as a Catholic school kid. I prayed to G-d from my kneeler to have mercy on me, and that I was only accepting confirmation because my parents would beat me if I refused. The 40 days is with prayer as well. It ends on Holy Saturday. The sacrifice, prayer, and fasting is definitely giving something of value. It's fine to compare it. Even when wrong--there's nothing wrong with the act of making bad comparisons. "Shouldn't" I just don't think that applies, it sort of implies consequence, as if I am obligated to not do it. I also would say that it asserts itself as a replacement for the Holy High Days where Jewish people do 40 days of repenting. I draw this comparison due to many days of the Calendar where Christians have done a bit of replacement of various past holidays/celebrations/rituals. Our past few days was Valentines which coincides an old Roman holiday--probably coincidence--or not. I currently am not asserting that as something that DID happen. It would, however, be just another example of special days being replaced by Christianity.

Absolutely true and it's an incredible deception that's a set up for the ultimate deception to come--and it will be in the name of Jesus. If you study western history no religion other than Christianity can surpass in violence. I beleive you're very mistaken by many of the scriptures and the context therein. I noticed you used verses from Paul's many letters pertaining to the law. Paul also emphasizes tue law being a tutor to bring us to Christ because we cannot fulfill the law. Hence why we rely on the life and sacrifice of Jesus. If you use any source (verses from Paul's letters to the churches) for your case then do you believe the authenticity of those letters or do you simply use them for your gain or showing a presumption of irony towards those specific verses especially pertaining to the Law of God.? ( i read somewhere no one was allowed to buy or sell if they weren't Catholic back in the day in Europe but lost the article ) 18 This is where wisdom is needed; those who understand should count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a person, and its number is 666 616 but in Greek it looks like....... ?

Yes! as a former christian born into blind belief - the God of Israel has led me to Him. I genuinely needed to seek Him and the truth and then My eyes were open and my heart. When I denounced christianity I physically feel my soul being released by a weight that was upon me. I first felt empty but I know now it was to make room for the one true God and all the beautiful words and wisdom that He possesses.
Truly all careful eyes on jesus as he is the anti messiah (anointed one to come) to the Judaism messiah ready to usher God's true world to come. As a really liberal Protestant many of us do not have some of these thoughts. The book of Revelation has a Beast but no Antichrist. There are such huge inconsistencies in the New Testament. Evangelicalism seems to get confused about book series like the Left Behind series and others.
It is this very thought that entered my mind years ago that made me ask the question, "Why don't Jewish people believe that Jesus is the Messiah?" which lead me to Rabbi Singer. Blessing, brother, for asking bringing this to light.

I've been thinking this since I was confirmed as a Catholic school kid. It's fine to compare it. Even when wrong--there's nothing wrong with the act of making bad comparisons. "Shouldn't" I just don't think that applies, it sort of implies consequence, as if I am obligated to not do it.
I also would say that it asserts itself as a replacement for the Holy High Days where Jewish people do 40 days of repenting. I draw this comparison due to many days of the Calendar where Christians have done a bit of replacement of various past holidays/celebrations/rituals. Our past few days was Valentines which coincides an old Roman holiday--probably coincidence--or not. I currently am not asserting that as something that DID happen. The 1st word given to Moses says thy shalt have no other God before me.... Jesus says he's the son and that not even he will know when the end is to come but only the father.... Jesus says to pray addressing the hallowed father..... Jesus knew he wasn't God but his disciples claimd him to be. I belive Jesus is the adversary and he will give witness to God who on earth was not pure in heart to God alone.

I beleive you're very mistaken by many of the scriptures and the context therein. I noticed you used verses from Paul's many letters pertaining to the law. Paul also emphasizes tue law being a tutor to bring us to Christ because we cannot fulfill the law. Hence why we rely on the life and sacrifice of Jesus. If you use any source (verses from Paul's letters to the churches) for your case then do you believe the authenticity of those letters or do you simply use them for your gain or showing a presumption of irony towards those specific verses especially pertaining to the Law of God.? Looking forward to hearing your response of defense for your case.
