What an excellent song! I don't think I'd have truly appreciated its arrangement live at the recording. Only after repeating it countless times and listening beyond its brilliant praise message was I able to 'hear' just how vocally stretching it is. Mnqobi is such a genius writer and a mountain of a singer. 5:04 - 5:52 perfectly breaks down the complicated parts each voice had to sing - and then when they all marry its magic! He really pushed the entire choir to flex their vocal muscles. If there were Voice Olympics this song would have been a measuring standard in the choir section. Very well performed! Thank you, JC! 🙌🏾
