I'm sure you're referring to the ones he said something in the line of his comedy being like sex where he has to put in the effort and referred to the audience laugh as the woman moaning, something like that.

He pretty much knows all walks of South African everyday life. White father, black mother, grew up in a black township that speaks multiple languages, went to a school that had white students and teachers and worked in television/radio.
He can have a fruitful conversation with any kind of South African.

East London - another city in South Africa, not to be confused with the eastern parts of London, England
Coloured people - a group of mixed-race people in South Africa, who speak Afrikaans as their mother tongue
Township - South African shanty towns and slums
Pra-Vader - a reference to Pravin Gordhan, a minister in the cabinet of then-president Jacob Zuma
In da townships our older uncles address themselves as "Bra" b4 their names, as an informal social interaction. Vader is a character from StarWars. Spot on but on da last one not so spot on.

actually, the reason they type so much is because almost all airlines are using a DOS based program called amadeus where each step of the booking process is a series of very long commands that you have to type manually each step.

More likely they using SITA which have to type more coding to give out respond. Amadeus is much easier, more click less typing.
