I'm amazed that ANY of the Dems showed up. Of course, now that it's getting closer to the time to vote, they actually show up to hearings and leave the comfort of their offices. And bringing Scanlon and Dean certainly wouldn't be my first choice if I were trying to put forward a "positive" impression. Scanlon is arrogant and Dean is just vile! Then again, you'd be hard-pressed to find any reasonable or 'decent' Dem females to pick from in the House!
