Ready to hear about my second day in Tokyo? It was a whirlwind of flavors, anime, and chilly weather adventures!
So, picture this: we started the day with a visit to Yoshinoya, where we dug into some seriously tasty beef bowls. It was the perfect fuel for what was to come next plus it’s cheap for travellers like me.
Next stop? Akihabara! If you're into anime, this place is like heaven on earth. We wandered through streets filled with anime stores, geeking out over all the cool stuff we found.
After Akihabara, we headed to Tokyo Skytree for some epic city views. But here's the kicker: it was freezing! So, we had to cut our visit short. Brr!
But hey, every cloud has a silver lining, right? We ducked into a nearby Japanese convenience store to warm up and discovered the most delicious Japanese strawberry sandwich. Trust me, it's a game-changer.
As the sun started to set, we made our way to the cozy Hop Inn Asakusa Hotel to thaw out and recharge for another day of Tokyo adventures.
