Design of Extended End Plate Moment Connection in IDEA StatiCa

sir i faced one problem, i need to design 2ISMC 250 column and ISMB 300 beam. i put 4 bolts each side (total 8 nos) at the centre of ISMC 250 flange. then error msg showing "bolts are too close to plate edge or outside of the connected plate C". what is the sollution? i rearranged bolt configuration still coming same problem. how to solve?
