I’ve been thinking about doing this to mine because they are pretty rough after this I’m going to. It will look so much better
@@synergy793 it made them look so much better and it should be a tougher paint for all the road grime and gravel. I wish I had done it sooner to mine.
@ I just bought my truck in April and I have to redo bumpers and rims because they are shit as well. The steps I was in debate because I didn’t think it was going to be worth it. Seeing this just proves my thoughts on it. Also want to point out how well you can see the coverage and vibrancy 👍🏼
@ it's a good product I highly recommend it. I didn't realize how glossy it would turn out but I think it looks good with my Tuxedo Black paint job
I have a 21 f150 with these running boards that i would like to do this to for better grip cause i slipped one time when wet lol
@@Thebarrioboy2009gma nice! It definitely helps with grip even in icy / snowy weather.
@@jacobsupgrades do you think this is something I should wait to get done when it gets warmer out cause in PA it's pretty cold out lol?
@ yes it's a good idea to paint metal above 60 degrees ideally in the 70 degree range for the best long term results. If you have a garage you can keep heated until it's completely dry that would be ideal but you'll have a hard time venting your space. If you do make sure you have a respirator on.
@jacobsupgrades okay if anything I'm gonna just wait till like may and do it just like how you showed it but outside due to I don't have a garage.
