I am pretty sure i installed and extracted everything correctly, but when i try to use fip version manager, it says "could not install FIP v7.00,..." . i tried only using the base v7.00 version, i tried installing all versions up to the latest one, but the same problem ocurs. I have a clean fifa installation. I tried running as admin but nothing seems to work. Is there any fix? (Edit : i havent installed facepacks , just to note. i am waiting for it all to work and then im going to download facepacks)
This is probably a very stupid question, but is there a way to modify the year ranges when creating a player in-game? The current limit is 1995, which would give created players almost 30 years old. Is it possible to modify this value to be more recent and be able to have players created at normal ages? I say this because I would like to add some young debutants and so on, but without touching the DB to avoid problems.

Since I added the other packages, it crashes the game in career mode and when playing normal matches, there are no football player faces and referee faces, jerseys and many team names do not appear properly. My only problem is that I do not receive offers from national teams and other clubs in career mode. I took Wigan Atletic from the English League 1 and took him to the Premier League. I became the champion. I became the champion of the Champions League and won the FA Cup. The year is 2038. Even though my coach score is good and I have cup successes, I do not receive any offers from the national team or other teams. I would be glad if you can help me in this regard.
