@@robinhod12802 It Might be, but the different gearing, the sprocket, mentioned above, That makes doing wheelies and such much easier, being a "pizza pan" or gigantic, also throws the speedo off on some bikes because the gear ratio is different and spinning faster (or slower depending) than it was initially designed for.
There are ways to fix this Electronically or even mechanically with a different gear pinion on the speed sensor that brings the rpm of the sensor into line with what is actually the speed of the bike. You can also see this happen in cars when they use a different wheel size. IF the overall diameter of the wheel (on most cars made in the last 30 years or so) gets bigger or smaller then factory, it will throw your speedo off. Google it if you want more in depth explanations.
Another byproduct of the gearing Brian uses or other stunt bikers, is that the overall top speed of the bike will be lowered, but as I said before you gain morel ow end mechanical torque/leverage to lift the bike in all gears. You will also notice the bike sits at a higher RPM when cruising at highway speeds. The same again happens in cars, with a lower gear ratio's for quicker acceleration, you'll notice the engine will sit at say 3500 rpms at 65 mph on the freeway, where as an Economy car, with longer gear ratio for better gas mileage will be sitting at like 1500.
