    Brilliant car!
To see the enthusiasm and love for what Magnus does at these gatherings is wonderful.
His showing of his personal cars at the Peterson Automotive Museum back in January was fantastic. He had an Outlaw gathering on the roof to coincide with the his Outlaw exhibition which was well worth the trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
This OPP series is another reason we’re blessed to have Magnus.

Absolutely an amazing channel and series!!!!!! Your historical knowledge for Porsche ,in general, is beyond incredible and your thirst for learning/understanding more makes you a fantastic interviewer/storyteller. Thank you for all of your hard work and the content you provide continually. Much appreciated Magnus and always looking forward to the next video!

This is one my favourite recent vids. This car is just fantastic, love the history, the styling and the patina. It just shouts so much history and a real interesting 911. Personally I wouldn’t change much on this car. Great to see. OPP!. 👏🏼👍🏼

It’s just the way he is, I’ve been watching his videos for a years but I think it’s because his mind works very quickly if you look at older videos on him sewing, making clothes or putting cars together he works fast.
My mind works the same way but I’ve been able to tame it over time, everything takes time.

Magnus has a great personality and full of Porsche knowledge..But for some reason he is interrupting guy and asking more questions bas the owner isn't even finish answering the 1st initial question..Much respect to the owner for his patience..That's very annoying have the done constantly.

😊❤ I love the interviews with Mangas. That’s the way some British people are that’s a bad Porsche 72. Keep up the good work Mangus and do some more good interviews with the good Porsches Porsche all the way no substitute remember that piece. Have a good day.

5:02 I know this car really well, I have the 3.6 that sat in it for all those years from the 90s till the pandemic when I bought it in early 2020. They customized a sport muffler to fit an aftermarket exhaust so it could run on the 3.6 in the 72 car. I’m pretty sure the 3.2 short stroke was built in Belgium around 2020 - why did they do a single plug? Because a twin plug is a ton of money for an extra couple HP…. Yea I said it - twin plug is a waste of time on the street but it does look cool. This type of car is what I would call a shop mule, put together with spares around the shop in the spare time. Once that cocaine money ran out and JLP senior went to prison they didn’t have the resources to keep it up. 80s were an interesting time when a traveling race team could smuggle drugs, use the race team as the cover, then use the drug money to go further and further in racing. The Whittington brothers story is even more fascinating - buying Road Atlanta track to use as a runway to land drug planes, buying the Kremer 935 with bags of cash right before LeMans 1979 then getting a seat in the race and winning! Becoming and instant winner high profile race car driver with a prestigious win all from weed money 😂😂😂😂

The paint job reminds me of Anatole Lapine, the eccentric Porsche designer in the late ‘60s early ‘70s. When Willie Kauhsen, the Porsche 917 test driver got a new 911 RSR company car Anatole Lapine told him to look out the window and take a look at Hans-Peter Porsche’s new car. Willie responded :Are you talking about that yellow car? Anatole responded are you crazy? This color is real gold dust. It costs 25,000 Deutsche Mark. (In 1970 that would have been about $6,000)🙂

There is a certain nervous energy that makes Magnus' interviews a little off-putting. It is a shame because he knows his subject and obviously loves the cars.

He periodically inserts questions while the guests are talking, which might be why. It makes sense though - I could talk about my car for a day straight. He's trying to get the info out in a brief interview 😂
