  • This week on Deaf Futures, we interview UA-cam sensation, Jazzy!
    Jasmine, known as Jazzy, is a deaf UA-camr passionate about deaf life, family, friends, and travel. Her channel aims to share the positives of life in the deaf community and enable hearing people to find out more about deaf awareness and sign language.     In this 20-minute interview, friend of Deaf Unity, Moona Mohammed, and Jazzy talk about:
    - How and why Jazzy started vlogging and uploading videos to UA-cam at an early age, as well as the barriers she faced initially, the topics she covered and the reactions from the Community
    - The importance of vlogging in BSL and providing a platform for deaf role models online
    - How Jazzy found and developed her own deaf identity, with the support of her hearing family
