I had the honour of going to the Graham Norton Show recording in 2013 where she was interviewed. Long story short, I was supposed to be part of the show (for those who know the show, I was going to sit in the red chair) and as the last person in line I was the chosen one that everyone pointed to to introduce the segment. Emma whirled around the chair to look at me and shouted "hello, darling, I hope you aren't too nervous" and immediately something in her voice made me calm and content. She has this depth to her voice that is both a motherly comfort and a sisterly affection somehow. Not to be too aggrandising but I feel like hearing her talk to me changed my life a little.
Emma Thompson is my absolute favorite actress; thank you for making this lovely tribute to her talent!!
Oh my gosh! I just watched every celebrity impression and I'm really really impressed! The way that you embrace every actor's special essence is sublime! I love the emotion in the Julie Andrews one; and, of course, the Emma Thompson one left me speechless. You're talented, lady.

Hi amy, your impressions make me smile. You summon your british accent iat any moment, amazing, most people don't know how much practice it takes to master a foreign accent. I was wondering if you could recreate a short movie scene, i..e., emma thompson in remains of the day or marisa tomei in my cousin vinny, it'd be absolutely magical to see you do that, thanks so much.

I agree with what she said in that interview. Reviews on entertainment work, that's on a professional level, but likes and dislikes, those are more on a personal level. Sometimes people use those as judgement and to tear people down; that's why Mark Zuckerberg refused to add a dislike button to Facebook.
