Local farms might have 70 acres but the real "family" farms grow pepper, tomatoes, asparagus, blueberries, strawberries, squash, potatoes and a hell of a lot more. I have never seen a "family farm" mono crop

Next time you have a fire in your field get your disc out and cut around the fire from a safe distance. This will stop the fire from spreading by turning up the dirt and getting rid of the fuel it needs to spread.

I live in Michigan and my Grandparent's own a farm up in Northern Michigan I'm a city girl, I love it up there the animals are just so peaceful too me❤❤❤
We own 1/2 of my husband’s grandparents farm . My husband grew up on an acre of it now we have almost 45 acres. Not a lot but it’s wonderful ! He works a full time job and considers us hobby farmers . He and his dad farmed this ground together till he graduated high school then he went to work full time and helped when he could . This is a good healthy life . I can’t wait to watch the corn and soybeans grow this year ! Good luck , stay safe and be Happy !!

We had a neighbor bail his hay wet. He lost his barn, 2 trucks, his tractor, 5 quads and his dog.
