Tom and Adam had already recorded their versus when Dax sent Tom his verse. Tom and Adam were so blown away they rewrote their versus but in the end they kept their original versus and used the versus the rewrote for Race War. You can even match up where Tom takes a deep breath in this song to where he takes a pause in Race War.
