When I was a little girl in the 1950’s I went once a week to a Good News Club after school. It wasn’t dumbed down for kids. The lady was a public school teacher and she used flannel graph to teach us about the Tabernacle and what it meant. There were no games or snacks, but I loved going. We memorized Bible verses, learned songs, and had a missionary story along with a Bible story. Even though my dad took me to a Presbyterian church it was at this Bible club where I learned the Adam and Eve’s disobedience which made me a sinner. My mom wasn’t a believer so didn’t go to church. She followed astrology. Almost two years later she did come to Christ partly because she saw a change in me and I would sing “Nothing But the Blood of Jesus” around the house.
Being raised Catholic and realized at a very young age much of what I was taught made no sense. They never encouraged reading the Bible or praying directing to God. I was born again over 20 years ago and felt free. The religion was holding my relationship back. My only regret…it didn’t happen earlier. I’m in my 50s. My life has been better everyday since. God is great!

He is still a follower of this church religion. Please continue to lovingly expose the error as in this message…. many are caught up in the deceptive doctrines of these religions. This man is not fantastic at all ,he is lying to people. Misinterpreting everything that is in the bible. If there is no confession, what was Jesus doing when he blew on the Apostles head and said the sins you forgive shall be forgiven the ones you retain shall be retained. He was establishing the sacrament of confession with his new priests for his new covenant. No point in reading the bible if we don't know what Jesus was doing .that is why there are many different Christian religions. We can read with the espirit of the church he established or with the espirit of the world,like this man is doing and come up with is interpretation, wich is a load of rubbish.
I had a fence-sitting friend watch the study as per Jack's video short request. This was b4 I had an opportunity to watch myself. I hope it sways her to look deeper. I just viewed the study with the intent to see if what I recommended to my friend had the meat she needed. I watch all CCCH services. But the 1st thing I noticed was Jack looking at his watch as he opened the session. Don't get me wrong, I love Pastor Jack but he seemed a little disconnected. He said, Jesus, while knitting his Cousin John, in the Womb, of his relative Elizabeth, who he'd knit EARLIER, WHILE KNOTTING HIMSELF, IN THE womb of Mary his Mother, also knit a few short years earlier, imparted THE SPIRIT TO HIS COUSIN!!

I like Jack a lot. My wife and I watch him the most as a preacher. BUT If your going to preach on something about other denominations…maybe he should investigate and understand why they do what they do. For example: Icon’s in the Eastern Orthodox Church- it’s NOT about worship, it’s about having a deep respect for the person that is painted on the canvas and that they sacrificed their lives for the Lord (Polycarp, Peter, Stephen were brutally killed) so that you and I can sit and watch Jack speak. It’s like taking out a picture of your child that you dearly love, but haven’t seen for years, and you admire the picture and then kiss it, just before you put it back into your pocket. I can go on but won’t, I think it’s important to put things in context before condemning people for what they do. If you say, “Well, that’s not in the Bible…” Well, neither is a band playing on a stage every Sunday morning getting people to sing. Just my take. I apologize to anyone that might have been offended.

@joanamy6300 i went back and read psalms 150. Yes instruments but you must notice the context of it. All, every note of every instrument of every word is devoted to praise Him. Not self gratification (for the most part) as a show, people with theirs singing about “I” -“I lift my hands”, “I give you praise”. The worship is focused on how it makes the individual feel (all warm and fuzzy and how they are worshiping) if you listen to worship in let’s say the Orthodox Church, every word is worship and Glorifing God. “You are Glorious oh Lord” “Great is his name, and blessed be his name”. Every word that is spoken, is not about an individuals focus and making yourself feel good, but about standing in awe of His Magesty with the utmost respect Lifting Him up. That is the difference.

He is so wrong! Catholics pray to Jesus and worship Jesus. They do not pray through a priest. The Bible also says to confess your sins to one another. He needs to do his research.
Dont catholics crucify jesus every sunday during mass? The bible says he died once for all. The pope has absolutely no connection to Jesus or any other priest. Thats why the veil was torn right after Jesus released his Spirit. A new covenant came about. Talk to God yourself. Do your research!
