I was amazed how many cups can be swung at a time by one person holding two packed shelves. However, overall not too desirable as art Anyway. But nice for everyday.
I noticed QC was scrapping 50-75% during packing. Hope they have a use for the seconds! Maybe work the guys in production a bit slower so they can do a better job, and create a lot less scrap.
O my goodness the overhead and staff turn over even health related issues for the workers must be extraordinary high given the quality of the environment the mere reality is the extraordinarily productivity aspect is fundamentally dependent upon their knowledgeable experience and skills obviously this approach to a better future reference comes from hardship choices in that particular part of the community and is importantly relevant and financially viable I suspect it’s the only possibility employment lifestyle choice for these remarkable resourcefulness and inspirational people and I appreciate there sharing their time and experience
How to tell lives are cheap. No shoes, exposed running belt and loose clothes, no ear or eye protection. Not to mention masks from the dust
