I usually eat whatever's in the fridge for breakfast. One day could be cereal, the next could be pizza, then homemade quesadillas, etc... So it's just whatever there is and what I feel like eating. A game from 1964?! Holy cow!! Ah the turtle moves that's so adorable!! Also I like Matthias' shirt, I want it.
Mornings always require traditional breakfast food in my opinion. My favorite is a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich! I make a killer one! I should share the recipe in one of our upcoming vlogs LOL ;)
It's so cool to see that you are getting packages from my country, and people from here are watching you guys! Love all of your channels and videos. Keep up at good work. Have yourself a very good day, and everything good for you and your beautiful wife. Greetings from Poland :) Ps: You were sooo close with pronouncing that food name, really :D
Matthias, the shirt you were wearing is amazing! "I'm sorry about what I said when I was hungry" . . . I need one of those :D Oh and the 'breakfast or dinner' question . . . personally Breakfast, but I usually don't have enough time for it in the morning. It's bad to skip on it, I know, but the traditional breakfast (Canadian style) with bacon, French toast w/ maple syrup, mini sausages, toast, eggs, etc. is my favourite.
My package! I actually thought about buying a bigger box, but my mum said the smaller one should be ok, then I had about 6 attempts at packing everything there. Hope you like these foods :) Can't wait for the episode on the main channel
Cereal (with soya milk), and a mug of green tea or hot water. Wow, Thomas (who sent the fanmail) was SO generous with his gift to them- amazing. Can't wait to see them try it.
+Matt & Amanda hi matt and amanda i just wanted to say i give you luck to your new child i bet shes going to be beutiful and polska is polish for poland just to let you know i wish i could meet you but thats not possible for me i love your videos and i hope you carry on being friends with marki moo and your brother!👍🏻
Im from Madrid, Spain, and our traditional breakfast is bread (or toasted bread) with jamon serrano, salt, raw tomato and olivre oil (aceite de oliva virgen extra from La Rioja is my favourite) we do eat it to accompany more modern brakfast (normally cereal with milk or coffee) or as a snack but traditionally is brakfast (in my school we used to have a breakfast day once a week in which the school provided us for free "tostas con aceite" (that's the name of the breakfast) because in spain breakfast is a tradition, is for most families a moment for relax and be together)
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, I am always super hungry when I wake up! I think in my country, The Netherlands, the traditional breakfast is just ordinary cheese sandwiches and a glass of milk. But ofcourse everyone is different. My own breakfast consists of two peanutbutter sandwiches, some Greek yoghurt and a piece of fruit!
I'm never really in the mood to eat in the am. But I usually do before I go to work or I'll get hungry an hour into working. I usually opt for a small amount of oatmeal or a banana and lots of water:) Excited to see more about the homemade cleaning products Amanda!
I live in England, UK. I usually skip breakfast on weekdays but on Sunday I go down to the community centre and have breakfast, lunch and tea (dinner for Americans I think) with my Rugby team. The thing that we usually have is a fruit salad made up of many different fruits including Starfruit, Mango, Ackee, Rambutan, Physalis, Jabuticaba, Durian, Miricalefruit, Mangosteen, Langsat, Cherimoya, Aguaje Fruit, Jack Fruit, Monstera Delicosa, Cupuaçu, Pepino and Hala Tree Fruit.
I'm super sensitive in the morning and I can't eat till 9:00 otherwise I feel super sick. Anyways my traditional breakfast is scrambled eggs, pancakes (preferably blueberry) or French toast, orange juice, hot chocolate or milk and if I'm feeling it, hashbrowns. Last but not least MAPLE SYRUP, a lake worths of it. It's always very good and filling.
My back is killing me too but usually laying down on a hard surface eg. floor and lifting legs up and moving them in circle, to create movement to the lower back area, helps a ton. And so many of you guys say you can't eat anything in morning it is so weird to me.. if I don't eat anything I get very nauseous and I'm starving by 10 am. Chia seed pineapple-blueberry smoothies are my favourite
I can't leave home without eating my breakfast . Here in Portugal there isn't a "tradicional" breakfast, there are many in every region I think there is one. The only thing that is like a rule in drinking coffee, in Lisbon the coffee is called Bica it's a acrony in portuguese - drink these with sugar, is like a expresso but the flavor is complete different . My favorite breakfast is my a cheese toast and a chocolate and coffee milk. I hope you guys had a nice day!! Amanda your board games look super cute I would totally play them, Team Edge should play them in a video ;)
Normally for breakfast I'll make my pizza egg. Which is a lately toasted english muffin with an over easy egg with fresh tomato on the bottom and bacon crumble on the top. SOOOOO GOOOD
I'm from Sweden, and I usually eat crispbread (a very Swedish kind of bread) with butter on and drink milk. I also eat toast occasionally. But sometimes I'll eat yoghurt and muesli, sometimes with fruit as well.
I'm from the South and I love southern breakfast foods. I absolutely love livermush, which is ground liver and stuff from the pig's head. I also like biscuits and gravy, bacon, and eggs. Unfortunately I can't eat breakfast every morning because I have lectures in the morning.
My breakfasts vary, but I always drink a good, strong tea in the morning, usually black. My favorite breakfasts would be cereal with berries, toast with almond butter and jam/honey, and eggs and rice if I need that protein. Sometimes if I have time, I make a pancake. Sometimes if I'm rushing to work, I'll have a back up muffin or banana. Rarely do I have anything else like fried chicken or leftovers. (actual "breakfasts" I had lolol)
i dont usually have breakfast and im from canada and our usual breakfast is a omlete with bacon and soft pancakes with maple syrup with a choice of juice, milk, or coffee.
You reminded me of that Pet Shop Game! I don't remember the board game at all, but the little animals I remember clearly! I'm 26 and I don't think I have any of the pieces anymore, but you make me want to purchase it!
The French traditional breakfast is, black coffee, orange juice(or a fruit), a pastry (usually croissant or pain as chocolat), and a diary product (white yogurt or such)
I'm Canadian, so our breakfasts are the same as Americans. I can pretty much eat anything at any time though. I work nights, so by the time I wake up my family is having dinner and I join in. Also, Amanda! Thank you sooo much for bringing up the Littlest Pet Shop!! I completely forgot about that game and how much I loved it as a kid, and that's probably the reason I love turtles so much! :D
I usually just have toast or fruit for breakfast. I don't get really hungry until I've been up for a few hours (If I get up at 8AM, I might not be real hungry till 11:30or12), but if I get up before mid morning (10ish AM) and I don't force myself to eat something, I'll have low blood sugar before noon, so I'll eat a little bit. My grandma worries about me when I am at her house though, because she's a big-breakfast maker. XD
Hey Matt and Amanda! I have a question about a sugar. I'm trying to detox, so I wondered if it was okay to ingest sucralose? I've been drinking Propel black cherry water to substitute my sodas. is this a good idea? Because I can't seem to find stevia.
traditional breakfast in england is like cereal, toast, crumpets and porridge with either juice, coffee and tea. also on weekends usually a full english (bacon, egg, beans, sausage, toast, tomato) but i dont eat breakfast hahah i usually just have a hot chocolate :)
My favorite breakfast is a cup of tea and a slice of toast :) simple as that! well here usually people eat bread for breakfast, with egg and beacon, some with beans. but tradition I'd say bread (of course with something on like a slice of cheese, jam or salami) :) live in Norway
In the Netherlands its customary to eat a slice of bread with cheese, bologna, nutella or chocolate sprinkles. With that you drink milk or a type of juice mostly. Grown ups can also drink coffee. Big difference with america. I don't like breakfast, I eat it because I need the energy from it but I would totally prefer the American (or English) style breakfast haha.
I think (here in Bavaria, germany) it's normal to eat breat with jam or ham and cheese or a softcooked egg and stuff like that. But there's also this traditional meal for brunch which is a sort of white sausage with sweet mustard and prezels :D I love it but many don't. There's much fat in it and you can eat only so much before your stomach get sick xD Usually that's 2 or 3 then you're totally okay. But overall I eat practically EVERYTHING for breakfast xD I eat bread and stuff but also oatmeal or pancakes or lunchmeals like pizza or noodles or really everything that tastes good in my opinion xD
+Brandi Whitenight Didn't your mother ever tell you breakfast was the most important meal of the day? ;) I agree though, sometimes I wake up and have no appetite until I get moving a little.
A traditional breakfast in the north of the U.K. is; sausage, bacon, eggs (scrambled or fried), mushrooms, hash browns, black pudding, baked beans, tomatoes, fried bread, toast & a cup of tea or glass of fresh orange
The Swedish breakfast usually consist of sandwishes with butter, ham and cheese. I, however, usually eat curd or oatmeal with banana, cinnamon and sunflower seeds.
The traditional breakfast in England is a full English breakfast, which consists of fried eggs, bacon, hash browns, sausages, baked beans, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms. It's a lot of work though so lots of people eat that in restaurants or make a simple version at home.
Well in South Africa...we eat anything...from cereals to an English breakfast (bacon, eggs etc)Some people also gace coffee and rusks or the night before supper. So that's breakfast in South Africa
In Hungary we often have like an open sandwich (fresh bread is important!) with butter or cream cheese and ham or salami, plus vegetables, like tomato or pepper or spring onion. Or like eggs and bacon, or semolina cream with cocoa powder or cinnamon. Yum. :3
2:20 this a packet from Poland! A country from Europe, with the hardest to learn language! Thats SO nice that im not the only polish person watching :D
Question of the Day: I can't eat breakfast when I first wake up. When I try, I get stomach pains. Even the smell of food early in the morning is nauseating. (This has been the case for about 8 years) Anyway, this means that I wait about 2 hours after I wake up to start eating, and my full appetite does not kick in until around noon. I usually have a small breakfast (a bagel, assorted fruit, an apple with peanut butter, or peanut butter on potato bread). If I wake up after 8:00 am, I'll generally skip breakfast since I prefer lunch anyway. Oh, and I am American.
I tend to have cereal or porridge. In the UK I guess an English fry up is traditional (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns, and breakfast muffins), but I can't eat that much in the morning.
Those candies looked SO good! I will be sending Luna something in the mail soon so look forward to seeing that (: ALSO Matt you sounded like Flynn Rider from Tangled at 6:40
I'm not a huge breakfast eater because my stomach cannot handle a large meal in the beginning of the day. However, I usually have a muffin or a bowl of oatmeal with maple syrup and orange juice! I don't like eggs, bacon, and I don't care much for pancakes, but I still get by just fine! =) I think it is so cool that there is a Winnie the Pooh board game! Even today, Winnie the Pooh is my favorite character of all time. I remember seeing commercials for The Littlest Pet Shop when I was young, but I never played it! Looking forward to seeing the American tries Polish Foods/Sweets! It's part of my heritage! =)
The traditional Australian breakfast is Bacon, egg, and sausages with cooked tomato and toast... But I just have Wheat-Bix which is an Australian cereal! :D
For breakfast I have a couple of pieces of toast. I'm from England and the traditonal breakfast here what some call a 'fry up' with some foods in it being sausages, bacon, mushrooms, beans, toast, eggs.
I absolutely love breakfast and cannot begin my day without it. I always have oatmeal for breakfast because it's light and filling and just vary the toppings like berries, bananas, walnuts, almonds... I don't like traditional breakfast of eggs, bacon, etc.
It actually depends on how i'm feeling that day. As you said, Matthias, sometimes my sense of taste is so heightened that food doesn't taste good. It's a weird sensation haha. Usually just eggs and a bagel or english muffin for me. Sometimes yogurt and granola. ALWAYS COFFEE! I'm from New England so I get dunkin donuts (dunks for short) almost every day.
I usually do not have breakfast-- I'll usually just run out the door after eating my multivitamins and a glass of water. But if I do have time to actually sit down and enjoy breakfast, I love waffles. Either that or a boiled egg sandwich with cheese and sausage is the best. ^_^ I am not a coffee drinker, so what I usually like to have with it is either water or some kind of juice. Cranberry juice when my body is feeling crappy, then orange juice if I need a natural pick-me-up.
how do you guys stay so positive? it gets hard for me to stay positive all the time especially when everything is going wrong - been feeling negative lately, 2 friends of mine died last week and found out my uncle died yesterday. feelin' like crap lately lol
During the week I cannot eat breakfast or if I do it's just juice or a smoothie. My stomach cannot handle food right away in the morning, but when I do get a chance to eat breakfast I love to have fruit and potatoes and leftovers from dinner before. I tend to eat more traditional American breakfast foods for dinner since they can be so heavy.
I am literally hungry the second I wake up. Not eating breakfast throws off my WHOLE day and makes me miserable. I'll honestly eat anything for breakfast too. One time I ate leftover tacos for breakfast bc I was really craving it... lol
hey Amanda, I bet you already added this but just don't forget to add some coconut oil to the brush cleaner so it will prevent your brushes (and beauty blender) from drying out and losing bristles
Totally did it and LOVE it! I'm seriously loving the smell of the brush cleaner and it works really well! Definitely making a video on it for my channel!
Oh that's so awesome to hear! I also use coconut oil with my antibacterial soap and it's the only that what will actually get my beauty blender completely clean and makes all brushes last 10x longer(: I can't wait to see your main channel video though! :D your adorable
I like breakfast but I don't get to have anything fancy, I usually just have cereal with milk or toast with vegemite, or cold pizza if my dad makes it the night before. I wish I could have waffles or bacon for breakfast
Here in the UK, people generally eat breakfast. As far as I'm aware people just eat cereal, porridge or toast. That's quite a generalisation, I'm sure plenty of people eat different stuff too. Personally, I don't eat breakfast, my Grandma always tells me off for not eating but I'm never hungry on a morning, the thought of eating actually makes me feel sick on a morning, I've been like that since I was about twelve or thirteen (I'm 20 now). I typically start to get hungry around half past ten or eleven o'clock so if I can I have an early lunch.
I live in America but I was born in Iran. I usually either eat regular cereal or I eat Iranian cereal. Iranian cereal is when you get certain biscuits and mash them up in tea. It's really good!!!! !:D
Corner beef and potatoes, an over easy egg, 1-2 bacon pieces and a single flour tortilla. That's the biggest thing. But I live 30-40 minutes from you. I jump backwards for that ish. I can also live without corned beef in general, but it's always amazing when that's apart of it. :)
As a belgian, the fact that you tried food from my country is just awesome ! :D . It's really a pity that so few people outside of europe actually know Belgium, 'cause it's really a wonderful place ^^ ...
QotD : Not too sure what traditional breakfasts are here in Minnesota because each area has their own because of the area's culture (German, Polish, ect...). But breakfasts in our house was pancakes or potato pancakes, hash browns, and a meat (sausage, summer sausage, or bacon). D8 You should totally try a breakfast pizza! Sooo Good!
I love breakfast specially pancakes with whipped cream yuuummm.. also I feel your pain Matthias I also suffer of back pains because I have scoliosis. If you haven't heard of it is that my spine slowly is curving instead of being straight. but it's okay the pain isn't so bad and it comes and goes.. I can do anything normally so you will to no worries! :)
I'm absolutely like that in the morning. I've never been able, to eat breakfast, I cover my face from the light and for some I be really cold in the morning. Seriously I could be 100 degrees and I will still be cold when I wake up!
And to the question about breakfast.. It depends how much time I have on my hands. If im going to wake up really early to be on a set or waking up for church, then i dont really have an appetite to eat anything yet. But if i have alot of time then i like making some small American breakfasts
I don't normally eat breakfast because I am too busy but when I do I have some ceral mostly or toast. My partner doesnt eat breakfast because it upsets his tummy if he eats too early. England's main breakfast is a fall breakfast with eggs, toast, beans, eggs, black pudding ect. I dont like it my self but my partner does at times.
Im American but we are still a traditional Colombian family. So we always have Arepa(there are many types I prefer chocolo(corn) or yellow arepa with butter and depending on how the person likes it cheese on top, eggs and finally depending on how hungry you are calentado( which is a mixture of rice and beans) on the side. To drink I usually drink hot chocolate but coffee is also good.
QOTD: I never used to like breakfast foods and I still don't really like them, but I always find something. Normally, I have a bagel every day as well as either a banana, apple or strawberries. I try to eat healthier, but it's hard to find breakfast foods that I like. I'm with you, Matthias. Though, my nose is sensitive because I have allergies. My nose is always either runny or stuffy, so when it clears up a bit I can smell pretty well. I'm always going "Do you smell that?" and everyone says "No?". Haha
I am totally a breakfast person! I live in MERCA' so growing up breakfast was always sugary for the most part. Cereal or pancakes SMOTHERED syrup. Now (other than coffee) I go more for filling carbs or drinkable things. On work days I run out the door eating only what is easy to grab, and easy to eat while driving. ( like a banana or a muffin or a piece of toast) My IDEAL breakfast would be either A) Eggs, french toast and fruit OR B) an omelette with toast and orange juice. It would be even better if it was after I slept in and let well and made my someone else other than me.
Well here in the UK we tend to have fry ups a lot as that's very British thing here actually. So ours is eggs, toast, sausages, hash browns, bacon, tomatoes like cooked ones and just fry up stuff like that. However I don't like most of those things so my fry up consists of beans, toast and sausages though I normally have either toast or ready break which is a type or porridge which I love. Btw I love the games they are so cute. Matt you should get your kid a game boy and like let her grow up with the awesome original toys that was the best xxx
I have Orange juice and granola for breakfast. Then after I get home from class I have oatmeal, an egg, or a pancake in a mug for Second breakfast. Or I skip straight to lunch (depending on the time) and have avocado and tomato on toast. (thanks to Amanda for getting me hooked on avocados lol)
My traditional breakfast (Lebanon) is zatar and lahem a3giem. (in Arabic) The first one is herbs and sesame seeds on dough wich is cooked in a bakery. The second one is meat on dough. but that's just one of my favorites.
I can't wait for the Polish food video. I eat oatmeal, cereal, or potatoes for breakfast. I have a good sense of smell and hate strong cleaning products. A simple vegetable cleaner that I made was equal parts white vinegar and water.
I can eat in the morning but choose not too, but i can not drink in the morning, i just cant swallow it, but in the evening i drink loads and loads! loving your vlogs guys xx

+DeathByVlog those are my favorite too
Me too! I wish I could eat them more often tho :3333
+-',Rose Budd,'- lol we have one of the best places down the road from us that makes them. MMM they are so good and have the crunchiest bacon! :)
DeathByVlog LUCKY!!!!!
It's so cool to see that you are getting packages from my country, and people from here are watching you guys! Love all of your channels and videos. Keep up at good work. Have yourself a very good day, and everything good for you and your beautiful wife. Greetings from Poland :)
Ps: You were sooo close with pronouncing that food name, really :D
+Snifflus LoL I was wondering if he came close on that pronunciation. It sounded good to me hahaha :)
I think it is amazing that Matt and amanda reply to comments. This chanel has such a great community.

I usually have turkey bacon and an over easy egg on toast with avocado. SOOOO delicious! I love breakfast too much to skip it
I do the same thing! It's delicious! I also add everyday seasoning from trader joes, yum!

Oh man... I had it last week. Just awful. Hope you feel better asap 💕
UA-cam makes everything better :)
inversion tables can be used for a lot. therapy, exercise, stretching. do sit ups while upside down and it's an amazing exercise
I love it when Amanda vlogs, she is so good at it! Also I just really love her. 🌻🌻🍕
dinner foods for breakfast always especially pizza! I feel you Amanda!!💖

typical Aussie breakfast : Weetbix with milk and/or Vegimite on toast and coffee/tea/milo/juice
what i actually have/prefer: Waffles and coffee
Hey guys loving your Vlogs Matt and Amanda +Matt & Amanda
Amanda looks so good today!!! Well she looks good every day but I love your outfit!! You look nice too, Matthias..

Homemade "cereal".... chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, berries, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and coconut flower sugar in coconut milk. Yummy!
I have a friend who speaks fluent Polish and whenever she talks on the phone with her parents she just goes all out it's so cool
I don't eat breakfast 😐... I'm never hungry when I wake up😁😂
ikr
+Brandi Whitenight Didn't your mother ever tell you breakfast was the most important meal of the day? ;) I agree though, sometimes I wake up and have no appetite until I get moving a little.
Omg same. My parents always say I need to eat something but I just can't. I'm not hungry lol
I roll out of bed asking when the food will be ready ☺️
+alyx culver Hahaha that's awesome :)
I like the idea of opening 1 fanmail package a day :D That's pretty awesome!
I can't wait until you guys start decoration/makeing the nursery
Those candies looked SO good! I will be sending Luna something in the mail soon so look forward to seeing that (: ALSO Matt you sounded like Flynn Rider from Tangled at 6:40
I'm not a huge breakfast eater because my stomach cannot handle a large meal in the beginning of the day. However, I usually have a muffin or a bowl of oatmeal with maple syrup and orange juice! I don't like eggs, bacon, and I don't care much for pancakes, but I still get by just fine! =)
I think it is so cool that there is a Winnie the Pooh board game!
I always need a cup of tea or coffee when I wake up, with a lot of fruits and bread with butter spread on it. ☺
My favorite book when I was little was If You Give a Mouse a Cookie ♥
Ive had those polish cookies before. they are delicious!
Sierra Noplis thanks Sierra
+Sierra Noplis wow I just want to say you're awesome.
i would sometimes have a traditional Irish breakfast which would be eggs sausage rashers (different bacon) and blood sausage (pudding)☺
During the week I cannot eat breakfast or if I do it's just juice or a smoothie. My stomach cannot handle food right away in the morning, but when I do get a chance to eat breakfast I love to have fruit and potatoes and leftovers from dinner before. I tend to eat more traditional American breakfast foods for dinner since they can be so heavy.
all of the food Amanda prepares looks so yummy....I'm jealous
I am literally hungry the second I wake up. Not eating breakfast throws off my WHOLE day and makes me miserable. I'll honestly eat anything for breakfast too. One time I ate leftover tacos for breakfast bc I was really craving it... lol
+Brooklyn Bailey Matt's shirt at 12:22 describes me without food, no matter what time of day 😂
+Brooklyn Bailey dude same xD I was a big baby so I ate every 3 hours xD I Still do that XD
hey Amanda, I bet you already added this but just don't forget to add some coconut oil to the brush cleaner so it will prevent your brushes (and beauty blender) from drying out and losing bristles
I dont like how World time is different in different countries....
Like now in the UK its 10:29PM!!!! but in the US its different!!!
+fasionrules that sounds tasty!
It is!
I usually have like a PopTart or a bowl of cereal during the week but during the weekend, my mom always makes us a big breakfast. :)
Weekdays- a blueberry toaster waffle and Cheerios and OJ
Weekends/Summer- pancakes, bacon, strawberries (and I still can't live without OJ!!
And scrambled eggs on weekends YUMMMMMMMM
Haha
Yes! Can't wait for you to try the Polish foods!!!
( like a banana or a muffin or a piece of toast)
My IDEAL breakfast would be either
A) Eggs, french toast and fruit
OR
B) an omelette with toast and orange juice.
I love Amanda's outfit!!!!!
What I eat for breakfast is an orange, drink coffee, and eat toast.
Traditional breakfast in Ireland is a fry, mashed spuds and a cup of tea.
I love your shirt Matt!
hey matt and amanda you're awesome!
If I had my choice, I'd be having General Tso's Chicken Fried Rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Hahah.
