  • Diva Q's Sweet Heat St. Louis Ribs Recipe: www.traeger.co...
    Move over 3-2-1 Ribs, there's a new version we're sharing. The Queen of BBQ is cooking up Sweet & Heat St. Louis Ribs this week on Traeger Kitchen. This recipe delivers the most delicious, sticky and sweet ribs you’ve ever had, and Diva Q makes them with a new and improved method. If you love to cook BBQ, you know that 321is a staple technique. Diva Q-a BBQ expert-is doing it differently this time. With her St.Louis Ribs recipe, Diva Q cooks to temp, not time, and infuses sweet and heat flavor from one of her favorite Traeger BBQ sauces, along with brown sugar, honey, butter, and hot sauce.

      @TraegerGrills The 321 method has worked well for me, and I'm going to try this recipe on my next cook.

    If I don’t want to use foil, will the heavy wax paper sheets work?

    • @TraegerGrills
      @TraegerGrills  25 днів тому +1

      Hi Keith! We wouldn't recommend to use heavy wax paper sheets. If you don’t have foil or prefer not to use it, butcher paper is a good alternative. However, please note that it may not hold liquids as effectively.

      @@TraegerGrills Thanks. I knew wax paper was the wrong thing when I posted it. I meant the butcher paper. Thanks again!

    The original 3-2-1 recipe was the first thing I made on our Traeger. It absolutely blew us away. Not only the best ribs I ever made, literally the best ribs I've ever had.
    I like the variations to the original. The boat idea is clever. Football season is here, and these will be on the Traeger week 1.
    Great videos! Keep it up, Diva Q!

    Do people just throw away their spices after contaminating them, or wash them? I don’t understand why stuff like that is in “how to” videos. Probably why some people wash their chicken.

    The pork and poultry seasoning is awesome it’s one of my favorites but the thing Iv noticed with treagers seasonings is they get clumpy after a week idk if it’s the packaging or what but Iv gotten a lot of it and it always happens. Either way great video I’m going to be trying this!

    What temperature is the grill set to for setting the sauce? Thank you.

    • @TraegerGrills
      @TraegerGrills  25 днів тому

      Hi Gregg! Thanks for the Q. After the ribs are wrapped, the temperature is increased from 225-275. When they are unwrapped and sauced they are returned to grill at 275!

    I don’t get the gloves when you touched everything on the counter with them! I know people are gonna give me crap but sorry it’s the restaurant guy in me. Unless you’re throwing everything away or washing all of it why the gloves?
