6-8 GB RAM for androids is decent, anything more than that doesnt matter much, it all comes down to the chipset of the device

For better performance on 8GB & above devices goto developers settings and switch the option for "Disable HW overlays". What it does is, instead of your CPU doing most of the work, it lets GPU process more than usual, hence giving 6-13 fps better performance, but comes with more battery drain and slight heating. (In my personal experience). I play OnePlus 11, 16gigs ram, 8 Gen + 1 Chip) & it still doesn't run that great in city areas, however playable.
Having more ram doesn't actually make a difference, the GPU is the most important in gaming. I've seen a 4gb ram phone with a SD 865 run it 60fps no problems.

@@ella_08_12Ram only affects speed of a game (or fps frames per second) if there's not enough. Important difference because you could have 800gb of RAM and it wouldn't make anything any faster than 8gb (or so) but would murder your battery life keeping all that ram powered up. But if you only had 1gb like above obviously it will play very poorly because that's not enough.

I've tried with s10e (snapdragon version) and redmi 10 2022 (Helio G88) both are the same 6/128. Tbh it will run 30-34 fps in first 10-15 minutes but when it's reaching ±30 minutes it's only run on 14-17 fps in s10e but in Redmi 10 2022 it runs on 26-28 fps at first 10 minutes. and both still have 4,2GB ram available at first 15 minutes but after 20 to 30 minutes it's only 600mb available 😂😂😂 Ram and Chipset really take a part on this game. Ram doesn't affect performance directly but it can cause bottle neck if it's too low or slow for game to load calculation and graphics data for processor(cpu+gpu) to work on.

It depends on processor my phone has 8 gb ram and dimensity 900 5g processor it runs very smooth at first but after 15 minutes gameplay it starts frame dropping upto 20fps and sometimes 15fps also and phone heats alot when you just open the game and play at first it works 30fps because 30fps is max fps of the game
In dimensity 900 5g it should work very smoothly because when i play other games of 2+ gb they run very smooth at 60+ fps and even pubg runs at 60fps sometimes it drops to 56fps in intense situation when so many people are there near your position and most games below 1 gb ram t runs upto 100fps sometimes 120fps also

Chipset/Processor comes first followed by RAM. Example of powerful chipset Snapdragon/Exynos/Kirin/Dimensity/Apple Bionic, then the RAM. Don’t judge by numbers alone, RAM also has different types. Make sure it is UFS (in laptop term this could be considered as SSD, which is faster than HDD) otherwise, no matter how big your RAM is it’ll still run most game/run apps slower than a UfS one.

Bro My phone is "POCO M3" and it's RAM - 6GB, ROM - 64 GB but my game lags too much even i playing in the lowest graphic but it also lags, And I played This game in 8 GB RAM also but it lags, this means it's not about the RAM it's all about the Proccessor 🙂

not really , the game is ram bound , for the specs as long as youre with snapdragon 855 minimum you shouldve just fine , cause mine is 855 and its so smooth for the first 20minutes ? and then its lags bc the ram is being squeezed dry with only free under 1gb , which i tested other games like honkai star rail with ram left under 1gb and more than 1gb available and the result it if the ram under 1gb something like 600mb when the ram killer started working the game will have so many frame drops.

at 4gb ram is enough when you don't have lots of apps, ram are just storage for running apps, thats why you have to restrict unnecessary apps to run in the background or uninstall it so it won't eat up ram space. when your phone lags most likely there's a lot of apps running in the background that the ram cant handle

it does not depend on ram, it depends on SOC of your phone.If you have snapdragon 8 series or dimensity 9000 or 8000 series with at least 6 gb of ram, you can run it smoothly. You should not compare ram amount, you should compare SOCs performance because it is the main reason for runnning games smoothly or not.

Casually it's base is in the CPU/Processor the phone is terminating and it depends on the released date of the phone too, also low date phone can vary lag issues,the ram is the track that controls the CPU Use management, this is in my based own opinion, 8gb ram is a decent ram for a high end phone it su¢ks for a low end phone, also this connects the chipset manuvere of your phone.
Quick question: why do assets take time to load, because in the vid it didn't matter how much ram u had, the would still load in.

RAM is used to store your applications pages while processor is used to execute instructions written on those pages so it doesn't matter how much pages your ram can store your processor need to be powerful to process those pages AFAP, for normal usage and decent gaming 4GB RAM is enough and for good level of multitasking and good experience in gaming 8 GB RAM is sufficient while for pro gaming and streaming you need atleast 12GB or more.

Just Being Honest your phone doesn't depend on ram(but sometimes) what actually makes the game faster or slower is the chipset the game has high fps when you have better chipset. While the game has lower fps means you have a lower class chipset. Sometimes ram can really be a factor for good fps but not by much bc usually 6gb ram and 8gb ram phones has better chipset while 1gb - 4gb ram phone have worst chipsets. But tbh many people tend to rely on how much ram does your phone have and its really common to see those type of people maybe bc they don't do research. So that why most phone companies usually give clients the most ram they can possibly give to there clients and they can run away with it.....

It was once explained to me that RAM is like a spoon that feeds the CPU, in this case the CPU will be the mouth. If you ate with a super tiny micro-spoon it would take hours to eat your meal and be wasteful of time and energy. If you ate with a giant spoon it would be too much to fit in one mouthful and the extra would just fall off the sides and be wasted. What you want is a nice medium spoon ideally about 1 mouthful for optimal efficiency. Any less is bad and too much is bad (or just useless and unnecessary).

With the level of graphics in 2012 and even with 6gb of Ram, if the game is still so slow and laggy, that's the game developer's problem. They were not able to optimize the Game's performance on Android well.😂
Game is highly unoptimised cuz , I tried running this game on 2 different devices, one with 6gb Ram and sd 870 and another one is pixel 7 . But the game stuttering was consistent
