    I have to add that the simple Wu Chi stand can deliver phenomenal health benefits. I have worked up to standing for 30 minutes a night every night, over a period of 9 months, and my stamina, concentration, and strength have soared. I am 62 and feel better physically than when I was 40. My lifelong depression has lifted as well. And sexually I feel more like 25...

    The basic push hands method was taught to Sigung Clear by Ma Yeuh Liang in the mid 90's. A lot of the drills and games we do with this method have been developed by Sigung Clear to help students focus on specific aspects of the game and help build these skills.

    Fantastic! Did one or more of your teachers show these specific sensitivity drills, or is this something you came up with to try to show students how to do these things?
