This music (Spirits of the Wild) means a lot to me. Late 2021 I lost my mother to cancer. It has been a stressful year and I miss her a lot. Back in that year, I commanded a Jora's keep event on a daily basis many months. This music would play whenever we were succesful. When all was safe and we could relax. I often shed some tears when things got a bit too emotional. I considered playing this music at her funeral but decided against it because she had no connection with the game. However, whenever I hear this song I still shed a tear and think of that year and of my mom I miss so much.
the heavy strings if bjora marches makes me shiver, everything I get on the map and it plays I stop and listen. SO GOOD. And Eagle Flight always just feel so breathtakingly beautiful. thank you for the gorgeous compilation and capture!! Bjora's prob my fave map XD
Midterm exams and job just really took two first months of the year ^ _ ^' I'll have more time to focus on some cool vid projects, and the huge compilation of relaxing music is one of them, also I'll share a first part of "The Sound of..." soon, beginning with Nayos. Then I also will publish another SOTO-themed Music Video focused on Zojja, and after the final patch of this expansion concludes, there also will be a MV with a song I've been thinking about for almost a year now, but need more cutscenes from Anet to make it justice :D April will certainly be full of nice surprises from me, and once I graduate, I'll try to invest more time for my YT channel. :)
@@jauari6776 Forgot to mention the most important thing... I'm writing a huge thesis on a very cool topic, and it's due this June. No pressure xD (I've written 80 pages so far, but I plan it to have around 200 pages). It's about various tragedies of ancient Greek, their realization in the form of opera throughout the history and contemporary forms, also of various different cultures of Europe and Asia (Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Russia, China and Korea). Fascinating stuff, but I need strength to realize this idea that I've worked on for 2 years now.. :)

The music in GW2 is just incredible. Whatever I think of the content, I've never been disappointed by the sound or music teams
Icebrood saga bottomed out hard at the end but oml did the music slap. Right up there with EoD for me.
