With your experience camping in the ANF do you think it’s safe for a solo female with two dogs to camp in the boondocking sites? I really like your idea of placing two camp chairs next to the fire pit. Also have you checked out FR 145 and 127 near Kellettville along Salmon Creek? Just wondering if a Tab 320 can fit on some of those sites. It would be nice to camp next to a creek.
I think you would be perfectly safe. Especially with 2 dogs. I haven’t been to FR 145 or 127 but will have to look into them. I’ve driven along Salmon Creek but never camped there. I don’t think you would have a problem with the Tab.
I think you will be fine ! I go there several times a year and never had any problems! In fact I will be there in the middle of July this year . I go there by myself and it is so relaxing , usually my spots are near James Rocks,I believe Forest road 160 . Be safe !
