did your cap yourself at a lower world lvl? how are you still lvl 70? also i did not know there was a uid that started with 1 (edit: just searched it. oh mainland china id, lol now i know) how come you decided not to raise world lvl? since you could get more artifacts and stuff? great kuki though, i cant beat liam within a minute lol (i wonder why your liam was 20 lvls below you though?)
That's because they are world level 3. So the mobs stay at a lower level. If you look through this person's videos, you'll see that they decided to stay at that level. You can stay like that forever. You just don't ascend.
