This is a video demonstration of Microplasty Instrumentation system of Oxford Unicompartmental Knee. This is a very good instrumentation system by which we can perform a Mobile bearing unicompartmental arthroplasty of medial compartment. This surgery is indicated for anteromedial arthritis of knee. The prerequisite is an intact ACL. Also the lateral compartment should be good. It can also be done if there is little chondral defcect on medial patellar facet. Chondral full thickness defect on the lateral facet of patella is a contraindication.
