Fun Fact: Bill Skarsgard did this Exact Same Thing when he came up with the Laugh he did for Pennywise in it 2017 and it Chapter 2. He said so in an interview.
Mark's my favorite Joker, up there with Ledger although with totally different approaches. One of the few celebrities I wish I could meet, I just have zero doubts he's a lovely guy.
