In 1986 my sister was living in Lone Tree Colorado & then 3 years later my folks & I moved to Highlands Ranch which was just across the way from her off of Lincoln Ave. The street I lived on, Pinebrook, it was cookie cutter row of the same houses on the block. We loved the area because everything was a stone’s throw from shopping, dining, etc. The mall was a 10 minute drive going down University so it was cool. I can relate to what you said about Arapahoe Road for traffic because it was one busy road to drive down depending on where you wanted to go. Not to mention that Arapahoe was also car dealerships row as well just like Broadway in Englewood. The people I know back in Denver that I keep in touch with, I’m told that Denver these days is just getting to be very crowded with traffic plus the real estate is just expensive as can be, but that’s why on a once in a blue moon trip I go on a chart the changes tour to see what’s coming & going or even come & gone, so no matter where you go you know that change is never ending , so keep up the good work with your video blogs
Hi James! We super appreciate this thoughtful comment. Denver has definitely changed, but not all change is bad as you put it. We love living in suburbia and then going to Denver for date night or some fun things to do once in a while with the family or business. A ton of people live that faster pace and style of living up there. Thanks again for watching!
Batman and Superman - both DC Comics
Marvel has The Avengers and many of the others :)
Wow, we weren't even close! Thanks for clearing that up! 🙌
Never clicked a video so fast!
Hell yeah man! Hope it helped answer some questions for you.
moving in a month. have to hit you up in about a year
I just want to say you guys are awesome and hilarious. I don’t even need a house as I own in denver metro already but you guys are just that entertaining. Keep up the great work!
Aww, thanks man!
Another great video! Thank you guys for your hard work and knowledge. I’m getting out of the USN after 10 years and thinking of living in Denver area. I was wondering if you guys have recommendations for colleges? I intend on using my post 9/11. Any info on benefits/programs in general for vets? Thank you in advance!
Hey man! I just talked with Will about it since I didn't go to college nor am I a vet lol. He said Metro State and CU Denver are the best for being in the Denver Metro area. And you can use your post 9/11 there as well. Hope this helps and keep in touch!
@@livingindenverpropertybros thanks for getting back to me. I’m leaning towards CU Denver. What suburb would you say has some of the best and most efficient transportation?
I love Centennial. It is very expensive place to live.
"we are a couple"
Lol, pretty much!
Batman and superman are dc comics persons. Capcom/marvel has the x-men 🤣 Capcom was the franchise that turned the comic characters into games and is still around today. They had a hand in the recent monster hunter.
Wow, we were completely off! Glad someone around here knows what's up! Thanks for clarifying that for us lol.
Hi there! I'm interested in moving to Centinela. But I cannot afford to buy, as I am retired on a tight budget. Renting is my type living. Please show the renting places in Denver and nearby neighborhoods. Thank you.
Hi Esther, there's a great website called www.HotPads.com. Hands down, that's the best place we've found to start looking for rental properties. Definitely check it out!
LoDo video coming soon?
Oh man, that was one we didn't have on the list yet! I'll get it added. We love LoDo!
I feel like Centennial is just corporate zombies and chain restaurants.
Definitely a lot of corporate folks and restaurants, but also great parks and trails. Centennial goes a lot further east than people think so it might surprise you as you get more out east.
