I walk away from these with a mixture of inspiration and disappointment! HAHA Disappointed because I know I'll never perform at this level but inspired to try my hardest and give my best effort each day.
two things suck after watching this video. 1- ill never be able to get on Riches level of fitness and focus 2. The first song is mind-blowing ( lots of people in the comments here agree) and it cant be found anywhere.
Perhaps, but perhaps misleading if this gets someone to take up CF. I’ve done CF for 10 years and have never done a pegboard and almost never have 1 mile runs in a metcon.
@@dvanwagn1263 You could well be right Dale, I do think it was great to show how functional and how fit you can get as a human and the enjoyment this could bring in such a fantastic setting but Obviously for those watching who know nothing about crossfit, your first or even one hundreth session is unlikely to be like this. It is great tho, so worth checking out your local box.
