    I cannot fully explain what it feels like to see women playing this and it feeling so natural to how my gaming group would be introducing characters or interacting with one another. I want a million, trillion more of these videos. You two are so lovely and wonderful and just thank you so much for this. 😭 *Whispers* do Gaslands nexxxxxt 😉

      Totally agree. So great to see women playing and teaching a miniatures game! Would love to see more of these. Also was a very fun video to watch in general and I learned about Age of Sigmar, a game I’ve never played. (I do love and play Star Wars Legion, Infinity and Middle Earth SBG which are all great games).

    That was such a great video! The welcoming tone of this series has completely changed my entire perspective on miniature gaming. As an introvert, this makes the monumental task of joining a miniatures night at a LFGS seem like a real possibility in the future.

    Used to play over a decade a go and my kids are now getting into this. This video series was exactly what we needed to understand the game. They have alot of anxiety going to play with others being so new. This has invoked a substantial level of confidence and once they have built their army they cant wait to go play with others. Good to know mistakes are made and its not a big deal! Thanks

    Great video guys, really well done. One thing to note (unless I'm wrong myself), was about the clip you inserted at ~25min saying all your command points should have been wasted not just your heroic action one. You actually had it right the first time. The heroic action one only lasts the turn but the normal ones last till the end of the battle round (ie after both players have had their turn), and you were only halfway through the battle round at that point

    I really appreciate the real-time walkthrough. There's a lot to take in for games like these and no one wants to burden familiar players with a full handholding session. It's nice to see normal folks enjoying a game and helping folks learn. I wish I saw more plain old folks enjoying a social game and it's only through nice folks like you and videos as simple as this that opens the doors for new players and helps them feel welcome. Thank you.

    Respect for all your Warhammer Age of Sigmar videos! I know that Warhammer Age of Sigmar is really very cool, so I love it. I bet on it.
    Unfortunately, in my cold country, Age of Sigmar is being localized very slowly and very little. For all time, only nine books of the Black Library, the Munchkin Warhammer Age of Sigmat board game and starter sets have been translated. That's all.
    RPG Soulbound won't be ready soon either in my native language.

    First of all, thank you for the videos, you two are very entertaining and I love your enthusiasm!
    But I have a question about correction around 57:50 which says that those 4 attacks, dealing 2 dmg each, should have killed 8 hobgrots.
    I started with W40K 9th edition, and just looking to AoS. And it seems that those two shares many similarities, so I am little bit confused. Are those 2 damage transfarable? 'Cause in 40k, 4 attacks, dealing 2 dmg each to a unit of 10 soldiers with 1 wound would still kill only 4 soldiers. And it makes sense like this, you still hit only 4 guys with 4 wounding attacks. So can anyone please confirm whats the right way to play it in AoS? Thanks

      @WatchItPlayed  2 роки тому

      Hey, glad you enjoyed - yep, the way it's shown here is correct.
