    I have an older version of this machine nearly 10 years now use filtered water always,back flush every month never needed any more from me use every day, great when many people would like a capacchino.

    Thank you..based on this, looks I like the set up of single boiler devices were all exposed for easy access for PM and repair. I am currently still undecided if I go to HE or DB..but this kind of demo educate me a lot. Thank you very much

    The heating element won't burn out because it is off when the water level drops below the water level probe. The pump will kick in automatically.

      Don’t agree he has a valid point steam will push water out quicker than the pump will refill

    You need an allen screw tool!
