Race Imitation run
With only 2 rounds left of the 2023 Maxiavalanche championship and still sitting in the lead, we have decided to focus training on trying to replicate the next race. Today's choice of trail was the Super Enduro into Jurassic park. These two trails are situated on Sierra Cortina (just north of Benidorm). The Maxiavalanche races usually start with a long sprint which is why we started 600 meters before the trail head to ensure my body was in the fatigue point at the start of the technical downhill point. Delighted to see in the data I also took to KOM on this route, even with the big sprint tiring me out. Bring on the next race!
