I remember cutting lawns and a paper route to fund my hockey card collection. Of course the Lindros Future Star was the card everyone had to have, sunk a lot of money in opening Score that year. Pulling the Brett Hull OPC rookie is my best memory when I was a kid. It was the hottest card at the time and got it with my last $5 dollars at the card show.

Great vid!! So much hype and so much wasted $$$!!! Just wait a month or two....plus the huge print run. Bedard will be really good or great but not sure he will be as good as the other Connor. The lindros cards were alway chasers for me back in the day...the score 90 and 7th inning sketch were my favs. I also remember trying to get the 1991 hoop david robinson (2nd yr) card also. I seen a raw CBYG on Toronto marketplace for $600 like a week ago. As for collecting sets I pulled so much SP out of the Dolleramma surprise bags I thought I was gonna do it 😃I was buying them years before covid boom. They had odd decent junk wax rookies.
