I’m laughing, got to the scene in the truck and immediately after the guy says “What do you see?” It jumps to an ad and is just like “HERES HOW TO CANCEL A BILL WITH TRUEBILL”
Yes _Broken Road_ is a Rascal Flatts song. :) I think on a couple of your country reactions you've asked for some suggestions. Try a few of these... Older (mostly 70's and 80s - But _Fancy_ is a must): _Fancy_ - Reba McEntire _Coal Miner's Daughter_ - Loretta Lynn _Don't Take the Girl_ - Tim McGraw _Always on My Mind_ - Willie Nelson _All My Rowdy Friends_ - Hank Williams, Jr. Newer (not new, but not the 70s and 80s either): _Before He Cheats_ - Carrie Underwood _Mama's Broken Heart_ - Miranda Lambert _Kerosene_ - Miranda Lambert _As Good as I Once Was_ - Toby Keith _Girl Crush_ - Little Big Town A few totally random suggestions from a person who listens to Country now and then. I love your reactions!
This is was one of my favourite songs as a kid (I was a weird child) and I remember the era after this song came out where it seemed like every fandom on the face of the planet at the time had a fan edit set to this song
You definitely need to react to their song Here Comes Goodbye and also Why... Both are beautiful and tell amazing stories. ⚠️ they will tug on your heart for sure!!!!
You didn’t mention it, so I don’t think you figured it out. The girl was pregnant, which is why she was throwing up. Did you see her grab her stomach when she was sitting at the bathroom door? You are right, his voice adds so much to the song. The song definitely is a tearjerker!
You, reading the title: "Hopefully this isn't that sad" Me, never making it past the video without crying: AHAHAHAHA You: Oh, this is about a breakup? Me: Yeah, that's what I thought when I heard it on the radio... HAHAHAHA! 😭😭
React to here comes goodbye it's the sequal to this song. She ends up losing her baby and her father passes away in here comes goodbye. Her son comes and brings him to heaven
Great reaction. If you are looking for sad country songs, I'd suggest "Concrete Angel" by Martina McBride and "The Little Girl" by John Michael Montgomery. For a more lighthearted song, "Goodbye Earl" by the Dixie Chicks or "That's My Story" by Collin Raye.
whatt ive learned since losing my mom is that the pain never goes away you just learn to live with it and trust me the last 4 years have been very hard
Father passed away when I was 16 in 2001 when he was 45....still painful and now I have a 7 and 5 year old, am 36 and I'm afraid of passing away young and doing the same to my kids...counted down the days that I was longer without him than I was with him, now I count down the days to when I've been alive longer with my boys than he was with me....if your mother was a big part of your life, the pain will never go away
The best analogy I've ever heard is that the pain of your loved one dying is like a small room, with a pain button with a big ball bouncing around and constantly hitting that button. As the years pass, the ball gets smaller, but still bounces, and when it hits the button, the pain is just as intense, it just doesn't strike it as often. My ball is small now, but 21 years later it still hurts when it randomly hits the button
@@franquil85conn wow you definitely hit the right spot mate this song has always had a place with me for many reasons but the pain is smaller now but your right it does come in strong at time mainly on the day of my moms passing but i know it will fade eventually but you just got to keep pushing though
@@franquil85conn one im sorry you lost your dad so young second remember one thing as long as you have the memories then they truely are never really gone physically they are but mental there are always there no matter what and in time the pain does fade but your right it never does go away
A perfect example of HEARTACHES and REGRETS ... but it's country music, the great story tellers 😊 🥰 < how about Collin Raye LITTLE ROCK (maybe sometime) >
Can't imagine what that's like but I came close. My husband was in an induced coma for a month after an accident. They didn't know if he'd wake up and if he did how much of himself he would retain. He woke up 1 month later as ornery as I told them he would lol. He's fine and just as stubborn if not more so now. I'm blessed but I just cannot imagine life without him we just celebrated 20 years of marriage. Great reaction I love RF.
8:00 - 8:15 u just described the last 4 months of my life. Both of my parents passed recently. So many things left unsaid, and no way to ever say/ask again.
My husband dropped dead in front of me. He was abusive and controlling. Hid from kids but he was a Saint. Kept mouth shut for years. Never not speak truth. Song lyrics go deeper then teenage drama. I am alone never told kids friends what I put up with. Songs means so much more.
I’ve always heard this song but never understood why I loved it. First time watching this music video and I get it. This is exactly what I went through. I was lucky to survive the accident but I still don’t sleep well at night even after 4 years
Sorry for the late comment, I'm a recent sub. If you liked this song, there is an amazing cover of it by Aaron Lewis. His version can make you feel emotion without the need of a sad video. Not sure if you'd be able to react to it or not, but worth three and a half minutes of your day.
Personally, just the lyrics. This is a break up song. Period. "Watching you walk away"? He DIED. That's not walking way. What? To his truck? That's all the walking he did. How is her dad at fault? Grief can make you irrational, but that's a huge jump. What I'm saying is, although it will make us feel worse; make HIM the asshole by leaving through choice. Instead of dying.
this girl needs an Oscar for that performance. Gives me chills every time
I agree! She was fantastic in the role. Great chilling acting.
I’m laughing, got to the scene in the truck and immediately after the guy says “What do you see?” It jumps to an ad and is just like “HERES HOW TO CANCEL A BILL WITH TRUEBILL”

They did us dirty with this one. I listened to the song for years before ever seeing the video and realizing what it was actually about 😢😢
Incredibly sad but his singing is amazing. This group is very good
I love Rascal Flatts ❤

You may be right but I saw it as horrible pain not a pregnancy
Actually it doesn't say that. You can cry and be so upset you throw up. She is so upset, she didn't tell him she saw him and she loved him.

Personally when I first saw this video I thought she was pregnant. That was just my interpretation though

I would recommend the song “How do I live without you” by Leann Rimes.
React to “Skin(Sarabeth)” by them if you wanna hear a super emotional song lol
Good reaction... thanks for your reaction 👍

The rock band STATE OF MINE did a cover of this with a video. Awesome another story but similar concept. AWESOME
Fun fact. The lead singer Gary was roommates with Janie Foxx
I'm a 42 year old guy and this gets me every time. :(
Tim Magraw Dont take the girl.If your reading this.
It's originally about a boys dad.
Something in the orange by Zach Bryan !!
My 19yr old son was killed. I get this, it hurts so bad
So in my feelings my husband died 6 months after we married in a car accident
Skin - rascal flatts and Concrete Angel- Martina McBride pleaaase!
Video guys in Nashville love to try and make songs into more than they are about... 😑
another good cover of this song is by Cascada. it's even more heartwrenching from a female vocalist.

Nah man I started but Aaron Lewis is what I’m looking for on what hurts the most. It’s x 10 on inflection, voice, and emotion
Aaron Lewis is totally emotionless.
Check out Aaron Lewis' live version of this song. It blows this version away!
I am not a huge fan of the video to be honest but the song is gorgeous. To me the song and video never went together…
She’s newly pregnant too , it’s why it hit her so intensely.
