It's like he's composing 3D paintings with all them little married couples in the clouds. Very trippy and surprisingly haunting. Not even sure what you'd call that kind of Art.

In Utero was carefully and methodically made to sound less polished than Nevermind which Kurt grew to hate. Kurt easily could have made Nevermind 2 but chose against it. Despite picking Steve Albini, which they knew would make the album “rough”, and Kurt’s purposefully attempt at subpar songs for that album, most of those songs were fucking amazing: All Apologies, Heart Shaped Box, Pennyroyal Tea. He knew he had to make it somewhat palatable because he wanted it to sell and to make money for his new “family” He wasn’t stupid. And one of the greatest artists of that generation. HANDS FUCKING DOWN He wasn’t perfect. Just a man. It was the media and kids putting him on such a pedestal like a god. That’s bullshit and he never wanted that
