I see your test drives are in my beautiful local area of Gloucestershire . The Q8 is nice enough but IMO the X5 is better in terms of looks, ride, straight six engine and gearbox. The Merc GLE lacks style. The Cayenne is petrol only. Whichever takes your fancy, best to buy a good used low mileage six cylinder diesel before 2030 and keep it forever as electric versions won't have the same charm or range.
I have a Q8. Two years old. A piece of junk. The beautiful cabin creeks and squeaks like crazy. The engine is a mess. It’s a good looking car, but I can’t wait to give the car back to Audi. Never again

X5 have horrible rear seat space and small door entry... not alcantra , only ugly leather

Unfortunately Q8 2024 facelift looks dumb. Thank goodness BMW X6 2024 LCI looks awesome compare to their 2023 design.

@@iniester6724 stumbles a lot when it’s cold, and when floored, it revs like it was attached to a CVT. And a lot of lag.
