Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Medium sized broccoli.
Cauliflower 400gr.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
2 tablespoons of milk.
Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes.
1 onion.
Sunflower oil.
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Mix.
Paprika 130gr.
Sunflower oil.
Mix.
Add the bow.
Add paprika.
Tomato 2.
3 eggs.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Mix.
Sunflower oil 5 tablespoons.
Flour 130gr.
Mix well.
Milk 400ml.
Add the second part of the milk.
Dill and parsley.
Mix.
Cheese 150gr.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C (350 F).
Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons.
Yogurt 3 tablespoons.
2 cloves of garlic.
Dill. Parsely.
The sauce is ready!

So I made it, looked beautiful but I have to say it was a bit bland, and needs more spices, not just salt, I added pepper and I used green bell pepper as I didn't have paprika, and I also put a bit of Morterrary Jack cheese but if I used more it would have more flavour. I am definitely making it again but using a bit more spices.

All that healthy vegetables and eggs ! Can we skip the flower and use cream cheese or heavy cream instead of flour ? I don’t use processed flour or processed oil or that kind of carb 🤷🏼♀️I’m sure eggs have enough bonding 🤔

It always amazes me at how much food people leave behind when they are mixing ingredients. Some of the onion isn't use, some of the garlic, the yogurt, the mayonnaise, etc.. Spatula can help out!! When I cook, EVERY morsel goes into the vessel. Shouldn't waste food. Even a little bit can add up over time. :-(
