There is a direct flight from manila to el nido, Lio airport..airswift airline i think. But a little pricey.

Hey Gerry, it was Cuna Hotel. Right in the center of everything....a block or couple of blocks from the beach. Breakfast and "happy hour" on the roof top restaurant is a must. Excellent hotel and awesome staff. Stay there if you're going to El Nido.
