You can already see the transition between this interview and Ed Gordan’s interview.. its only two years but in this one you see how gettin shot at and locked up changes you.. same thing applies for your question about how the same person who wrote Dear Mama can also write Hit Em Up.. it depends on the surrounding circumstances.. we’re all products of everythin we pass through and we change with time.. he was peaceful before.. but now things changed especially after droppin “Who Shot Ya”
Yes, I can totally see it. You know, when I was asking how the same guy could write those 2 songs, it was after hearing Hit em Up, Bomb First, and Against All Odds first before I heard his other stuff. At that time I didn't understand the chronology of Pac's journey.
Tupac didn't think that Biggie participated at the Quad Studio shooting but he was convinced that he knew who did it, because everybody in the streets knew and even Tupac ended up to know that Jimmy Henchman was behind this. And Tupac was mad at Biggie for not telling him while he was self-proclaiming that he was the king of New-York. But Tupac was also mad and suspicious at him for many other reasons. Like the reaction him and Puffy had when they saw him bleeding in the elevator, and the release of the song "Who Shot Ya" while he was in prison, and the fact that Biggie never visited him in prison. In a way Tupac was totally right to get mad because he gave Biggie his first shows, he helped him and he taught him about the rap game. And when they still were friends, Tupac wanted Biggie to join his group Thug Life but Biggie signed with Bad Boy Records. That would have changed everything and having Tupac & Biggie collaborating together on a whole album would have been legendary. However they did three songs together (with the participation of other rappers), these songs are "Let's Get it On (OG)", "House of Pain (OG)" and "Runnin from Tha Police (OG)". Anyway the more you learn about Tupac, the more you realize his life was like a movie. It's crazy all the things that happened to him and how much he accomplished in only 25 years of time. And I'd finish with a fun fact: the first time he appeared in the newspaper was when he was only a baby, at 1 year old. There was a picture of him in the newspaper because they made an article about his mother Afeni. I think that was a sign showing that he was destined to have a life in the spotlight ^^
You know I love fun facts. Correct me if I'm wrong but when Pac appeared upstairs all shot up and bloody, I thought Biggie was already on his way down to the lobby after Lil Cease had told him what he saw. And we only have Pac's side about the reaction he received. It's a no-brainer that Jimmy the Henchman was involved since he asked Pac to come to Quad that night. I don't understand why it was Biggie's place to find out who did it; just go beat the shit out of Jimmy the Henchman until he tells you.
@@ABoomerReacts I don't want to get mistaken here but I think Tupac was expecting some kind of loyalty from Biggie, and also a sort of confirmation that he wasn't involved in this shooting by telling him what he knew. Besides Biggie was always claiming he was the king of New-York so Tupac took him at his words and he asked to him how he could claim that and not know who did it. But in reality Biggie knew, he was just scared of Jimmy Henchman and he didn't want to get involved in all of this.
@@ABoomerReacts I think Biggie knew. Anyway Tupac was about to get at Jimmy Henchman as he says these lines at the ending of the song 'Against All Odds' : "You said don't go to war unless I got my money right, I got my money right now, now I want war". This was directed at Jimmy Henchman because after the Quad Studios shooting, Stretch came to Pac with a message from Jimmy Henchman warning Tupac that he would need first to have money if he wants to declare war on Henchman. And by the way that message was also why Tupac lost trust in Stretch. Anyway I think Tupac and Biggie would have settled their beef if they have lived longer, but only if Puffy would had been put aside because this guy is a snake and a lot of elements show that he was involved in the Las Vegas shooting. So maybe he was also involved in the New-York shooting as well, who knows...

I was 9 when Pac died but looking at his interviews and stuff, it’s hard to fathom that he was 24 or 25 because he had maturity of a person who was late 30s to mid 40s. I was nothing like this at 24 or 25.
@@ABoomerReacts 🤣 Sadly, I wasn’t either. He had a very different mentality, I guess being thrust into adult situations at a young age without cracking just sped up his maturity and outlook on life. Me at 25 was a little like me at 18😞.
Big Syke and pac step brother mopreme was the last two to go from his original click. Mopreme allegedly got faded by pac and his friend(s) for getting out of line. Big Syke tried to get a deal with suge and pac looked at that as disloyalty and dropped him from his click.
Look at snoop interview talks when 2pac came in with Madonna. Pac lead that relationship & that was before he was on Deathrow. When you a man it don't matter how much she make aslong you conduct yourself as a man.
Biggie had an ongoing skit on his album Life After Death about a "Mad Rapper" that skit was an under handed shot or diss at Tupac and this interview. As a matter of fact Biggie took so many indirect shots at Tupac on that album like the track You're Nobody Till Somebody Kills You and Long Kiss Goodnight
@@ABoomerReacts Your channel is awesome, glad I found it. BTW you should also listen to 1996 Sway interview of Tupac it's literally his last interview before he was killed, it's only audio but you can find it on UA-cam
She wasn't the king in that relationship (Madonna). Snoop talks about her body language when with 2Pac. Pac wasn't capable of being anyone's subject, even the gangsters who shot him who he talked 'ish about who BIG was afraid of. What happened was Madonna made statements about trying to "save" rappers and Pac did not agree with the implied condescension and was possibly jealous she had dated other rappers. He probably saw himself as much more than that and not just a type. But he was too alpha to be her subject, in an era before people were using and abusing that word...
@@ABoomerReacts No it has nothing to do with mtv, Ima a tupac fan for 20years plus there used to be 2pac homepages with news and evrything and forums and back then it was a hype among the 2pac fans when this came out must have been 2009 or smth thats why they called it the lost tapes they never realesed it no one saw this before it was first realesed here on youtube 2009 or smth I remember this very well it was in parts
You make the mistake of assuming because Madonna had power and money in the entertainment industry, that she also had the power in the relationship. Don't get the 2 mixed up. People like him don't bow down to someone, just because that person can tell other people what to do and how to act. Because he isn't other people and has his pride. Wealth isn't what he cares about as much as being honest and a real person. He had the power in that relationship, because she wanted him on her arm. She could probably have had many others guys but she wanted him, and that transferred the power to him. He knows there's nobody else like him, so if she wants him then she has to accept him for who he is.
We'll have to disagree on that one even though neither of us knows the true story. I can see Madonna liking to be dominated in the bedroom; but in public, there's no way that she's submissive.
Biggie definitely copied Tupac’s style from "Me Against The World". The whole concept of that album was Life and Death and what was biggie album called? That’s why he changed his style when he got out
@@ABoomerReacts Tupac never scraped Me Against The World. It was released while he was in prison and rose to number one on the Billboard top 100 chart but Biggie copied Tupac’s style from that album

Biggie most definitely knew what was going down! Even Snoop can admit that much. To say Biggie knew nothing about it is naïve but ur not from the streets so it’s understandable
Pac didn’t think Biggie was in on it. He was mad that Biggie- his friend- didn’t give him a heads up. Biggie knew. I understand his anger. On the flip side, I understand Biggie not getting involved. He, allegedly, tried to warn Pac about his new associates.

All that hate you have for Suge should be directed towards Puffy. If you break it down and look at the whole situation he’s the only person that benefitted off of everything that happened. If Suge truly was the red suited beast here he probably wouldn’t be broke doing time in prison
How did Puffy benefit from Biggie's death? As for Suge, I cannot forget Easy E, Mark Anthony Bell, The Stanley Bros, Happy Walters, and Jodeci. Suge is indeed a beast.
@@ABoomerReacts When a popular artist dies their value goes through the roof (record/memorabilia sales, movie/book/music/image rights etc.). Think of Elvis, Whitney, Biggie...all of them. That's why who owns catalogs etc becomes such a huge deal.
@@aya9af I agree and that's what I think Suge had in mind since Pac was leaving Deathrow. Big was still making money for Bad Boy. For Suge, at this time, Pac was worth more dead than alive.
Madonna was 13 years older and exciting, but Tupac wasn’t comfortable in the boy toy role, which is why it ended. From what I heard, she was very docile when they were together. I’m sure she was role playing, but still, she wasn’t giving any orders to him. If he was taking orders from her he’d be Lourdes dad instead of Carlos Len. His bodyguard, Frank Alexander said she wanted Tupacs baby and he refused.
@@ABoomerReacts Yes. I think that was also a factor. I’m a Black woman. I met him when he came rapped at my schools Homecoming in 1993. CAU in Atlanta. He only had one hit at the time “I Get Around”. At the time, a good chunk of his fans were Black girls. Guys came later. I think he liked Madonna, respected her. They had a similar energy. But, he came from a completely different world and way of looking at life. Not just racial.
Madonna is the type of woman that likes to be dominated. That probably why she liked Pac so much. I don’t think banks had anything to do with their relationship
She may have liked to be dominated behind closed doors but there's no way that she's not in charge of her security detail, her career, her schedule, etc
I don’t think Tupac was ever considering her for more than anything past the physical. He was talking about the type of relationship he wanted to be in with other women his life. He wasn’t talking about someone who didn’t share his beliefs. He had a right to be in the type of relationship he wanted. At least he was upfront. Take it or leave it.
That's probably wise Kyle the Lost interview it didn't make the cut. Because it didn't make the cut because of the unprofessionalism of the interviewer and cameraman.

I was 9 when Pac died but looking at his interviews and stuff, it’s hard to fathom that he was 24 or 25 because he had maturity of a person who was late 30s to mid 40s. I was nothing like this at 24 or 25.
Heck, when I was 25 I was nothing like 17 year old Tupac was in the High School Interview.
@@ABoomerReacts 🤣 Sadly, I wasn’t either. He had a very different mentality, I guess being thrust into adult situations at a young age without cracking just sped up his maturity and outlook on life. Me at 25 was a little like me at 18😞.
@@jeremiah_12 His confidence and his work ethic were off the charts.
You should react to the Indiana speech Tupac gave . It’s amazing 👍 just released not too long ago

Big Syke and pac step brother mopreme was the last two to go from his original click. Mopreme allegedly got faded by pac and his friend(s) for getting out of line. Big Syke tried to get a deal with suge and pac looked at that as disloyalty and dropped him from his click.
He also said in the last interview : “the w is for war. This the east side, this the west side and we divided.”
Look at snoop interview talks when 2pac came in with Madonna. Pac lead that relationship & that was before he was on Deathrow. When you a man it don't matter how much she make aslong you conduct yourself as a man.
Wow...😢
Another song is I'd rather be your lover by maddona featuring Tupac
Thanks
Biggie had an ongoing skit on his album Life After Death about a "Mad Rapper" that skit was an under handed shot or diss at Tupac and this interview. As a matter of fact Biggie took so many indirect shots at Tupac on that album like the track You're Nobody Till Somebody Kills You and Long Kiss Goodnight
Both of those songs are on my list!

@@ABoomerReacts yes please, I think you’ll enjoy it. This is when he was being sued by a State Troopers estate.
@@CarlosHernandez-zl6jz Ah, I remember reading about the incident. So sick that Pac had to go through that.
Madonna is definitely an alpha but maybe she acted beta to give the relationship a chance.

Thanks, Notorio! I reacted to Runnin From the Police. Check out my Tupac playlist. Or my Biggie playlist. It's on both
You make the mistake of assuming because Madonna had power and money in the entertainment industry, that she also had the power in the relationship.
Right.
You should react to a 2pac interview he did with uncle Luke it's only on for a couple of minutes but pac is hilarious in it
Maybe I'll react to it and The Courthouse interview in the same episode since they're both so short. Thanks for the suggestion!

Biggie definitely copied Tupac’s style from "Me Against The World". The whole concept of that album was Life and Death and what was biggie album called? That’s why he changed his style when he got out
Wow, that's pretty blatant. Had Pac recorded songs before he scrapped the album? If so, are those songs floating around the internet?
@@ABoomerReacts Tupac never scraped Me Against The World. It was released while he was in prison and rose to number one on the Billboard top 100 chart but Biggie copied Tupac’s style from that album
He didn’t shoot himself! That story was made up by haters trying to tarnish his name and clown him

Biggie most definitely knew what was going down! Even Snoop can admit that much. To say Biggie knew nothing about it is naïve but ur not from the streets so it’s understandable
I guess my opinion will evolve the longer I'm doing this.
Pac didn’t think Biggie was in on it. He was mad that Biggie- his friend- didn’t give him a heads up. Biggie knew. I understand his anger. On the flip side, I understand Biggie not getting involved. He, allegedly, tried to warn Pac about his new associates.
@@rhondawitherspoon2758 I don’t think Big had anything to do wit it either but he did know it was gonna happen and didn’t warn his "homeboy" bout it.That’s guilty by association in the streets, u feel me. Big denying was the problem from jump

You have to Read the letter 2pac wrote to Madonna explaining why they couldn't be together because she wanted to have kids with 2pac
But also because he didn't want to let his community down by being seen as an older white woman's boy-toy.
I think the reason he ended it with Madonna was because in an interview years before he got with her he said he hates the way when a black man gets out of the ghetto and gets a little bit of money they always get married to a white woman and never a black woman .

Do you think the "break-up" letter he wrote to her from prison was true when he said they couldn't be together because she was white?
@@ABoomerReacts Yes. I think that was also a factor. I’m a Black woman. I met him when he came rapped at my schools Homecoming in 1993. CAU in Atlanta. He only had one hit at the time “I Get Around”. At the time, a good chunk of his fans were Black girls. Guys came later. I think he liked Madonna, respected her. They had a similar energy. But, he came from a completely different world and way of looking at life. Not just racial.
@@rhondawitherspoon2758 A completely different world! Thanks for the convo, Rhonda!
Madonna is the type of woman that likes to be dominated. That probably why she liked Pac so much. I don’t think banks had anything to do with their relationship
She may have liked to be dominated behind closed doors but there's no way that she's not in charge of her security detail, her career, her schedule, etc
@@ABoomerReacts all that has nothing to do with love or the rules played in a relationship
@@nicsundberg8505 Perhaps.. But it has everything to do with every day life.

@@ABoomerReacts yes you can just look up Angie Martinez on UA-cam and you would see part of the interview. He goes into great detail about his situation and the beef between the east and west coast. The Second part of the interview she won't put it out he's exposing a lot of people in the industry that's why she said she was scared to put the rest of it out.
