But in high school i had a sick save where i dove for a poke check(laying down on my front side with my body extended) and about half a second before i poke the puck, he wrist-ed it straight above me. Without even thinking about it, I bent my knees and raised my two back feet together and somehow smacked the puck .
I had one similar where I missed the poke check and they went to my right, so I spun my left arm around and caught it behind my back, kind of like Hasek.
You left off probably the greatest goalie who was known for his crazy saves. and that's Dominik Hašek I mean really how can you leave that man off of this.
I'm old enough to remember the late Roger Crozier...he made reflexive saves I have never seen before or since. Once against Toronto, he made a glove save (he was a right hand catcher, unusual in the 1960s) while looking fully to his left, away from the shot!

Not a single save from the greatest of all time. Hasek’s save on Klatt isn’t only above honorable mention, isn’t only top ten, but it’s number one, and it’s nowhere in their entire list? Delegitimizes the entire list. Completely.
Hasek's my favorite athlete of all time, and that save on Klatt is an all-timer, and you could argue it's his best save, but I'd say either his glove save on Weight from Edmonton or the blocker save vs Washington in game 5 of the 1998 ECF where he flipped over and dropped his stick is #1
They're all great saves but nabakovs save was all skill and athleticism. He was down and set had to get up and push off all the way to far post. And it was a one timer by a highly skilled player in Richard's who absolutely got all of it from about 15 feet and placed it right inside the post. It's definitely the most impressive no diving and flailing around hoping to get lucky or shooter helping out by putting in right where goalie can get it. This was a rocket that was sniped inside post and in overtime in an elimination game..
I am a goalie and got lucky in one game, i went to play the puck in the corner, i shot ti out and it was intercepted at the blue line. at that point i was just racing to the net. i jumped out in a similar fashion as Biron but my glove was out farther. the player slapshotted it and i was lucky enough to have it land right in my glove!
