Imagine the world of difference this can make when we come to understand the purpose that our emotions serve. How they are meant to be adaptive and informative. Understanding this can be very empowering.
I've been reading a lot about EFT and it is helping my patients even more and more. Thank you for these videos!
"Emotions are my basic orientation system to the world. In addition emotions give me information ABOUT my reactions."

This therapy is so spot on for me; I’m blown away. Where do I get more information to educate myself further or therapists in my area?

I don’t understand why people use the terms feelings and emotions interchangeably. To me feelings are inputs. Emotions are expressions for communicating so they are outputs. Which intern can be fed back in as inputs. Anybody to help me better understand? Thank you.
It’s always the ones with the white beards dropping Wisdom

Emotion in second feeling in minutes hour, and attitude past history (experience.)
Habit, addiction than love
