Have you ever heard of “The Heads”? They used to be on Man’s Ruin along with Kyuss/Unida and Queens of the Stone Age. Label founder Frank Stozik often said they were his band.
Acrimony and The Dawn were the only UK stoner rock I liked, although later there was a band called Kings of Frog Island who were good as well. Was never into Orange Goblin or Electric Wizard.
