머랭쿠키 같은 느낌의 미니 파블로바를 만들어 봤어요 ^^
한 입에 쏙 들어가는 미니미니한 사이즈에 간단한 치즈크림을 넣었으니
맛이 없을 수 없는 조합_!
위에는 냉동 라즈베리를 올렸는데 라즈베리 맛이 정말 잘 어울려요 ^^
생과일도 좋지만 보관이 용이하고 사용하기도 편한 냉동 과일을 쓰면
갑자기 온 손님이나 갑자기 단게 땡기는 나의 디저트 배를 커버하기에도 좋답니다_!ㅎㅎㅎ
이 밖에도 초콜릿, 잼, 시럽, 과자 등등
취향껏, 상황껏 자유롭게 올리셔도 좋을 것 같아요 ^^

i tried out this recipe as soon as i watched the video! super delicious!! my advice for anyone else trying out this recipe is to double it and to make sure to add the vinegar (or cream of tartar) when adding the powdered sugar. perfect tea time dessert :)
What does it taste like?
@@theresacruz5772 The meringue part doesn't have a distinct flavor, it's mainly just a fun texture. I personally used whipped cream instead of cream cheese since that's what I'm used to with pavlovas. The berries are the main flavor and make the dessert refreshing and bright!
