yianni i know how you feel , i worked for a major retail store in the heart of london only a street away from the bank of england , i know how stressful it is , once your day comes to a end then jumping on the train home that was a nightmare but once i got off i always had my little boy waiting for me who was 6 months at the time , but know i am paralysed being disabled and diabetes catching me up with 4 injections a day with blood all with one hand working .... i sit up in bed typing with one finger only working so know exactly how you feel. anil.

A long day like that consistent through out with work and progress is what it's about! I'm a personal trainer here in Australia and my days are so inconsistent, up at 4am, home for 10-11am - back in at 3-4pm until roughy 7-8pm. The contrast of rest/work throws me out of putting 100% into one or the other. I envy you Yanni, great vid!
