Brings back memories. My first car was a 75 Celica in a metallic greeny blue. Got written off when a bus misjudged the space and ripped off the front right quarter panel whilst it was parked.
Magnificent result. My uncle had 1 of those when i was young, now i am 59,start counting all:)) It was a orange with a vinyl black roof. I never forget it when he brought it home. He was the shame of the family, buying a japense car in those days was the impossible thing to do in Holland those days. Now i know that kit can be made stock,i am gonna look after it and rebuild my dream car of my youth. Love to see you a Audi 90 coupe. That was my first car when i got my driveslicense at 18 years old. Was Red and had wolfrace rims on it.
Beautiful! I had an ST when they first came out in the US. I bought it in Atlanta, Ga., and drove it to Las Vegas on a honeymoon. Everywhere I stopped for gas, or food break it drew a crowd. No one had ever seen one, it was so new to the US! Beautiful job on this. Mine was even almost that color with a white vinyl half top and interior.
I built the standard version of this kit in 2005 - it went together without any major hassle, looks great when it's finished and is still in my collection today. Love your color choice here.
Memories!!! Mine was black though. As an 18 year old in the '80s, I had a 1974 Celica, that I tricked out a little. I put a 2TG double overhead cam engine in it, that came standard with a Stromberg carburetor for each cylinder, and once I was finished with it, I had a 250hp 1.6 liter engine. Redid the suspension a little and that car flew😀
I don't usually like metallic finishes on model cars because the metal flakes in the paint are too large, but this looks very good indeed and you have done a beautiful job. Thank you.
So happy you completed this kit, I have a 1:1 '76 Celica but I have to kit bash a TA22 coupe and RA28 liftback to make a long nose Gen 1. Oh well you've given me the impetus to break out the kits and give it a go!!!! Thanks
Yet another fantastic build, I don't know if such a kit exists, but I would like to see a MK 2 Ford Cortina, it was my first real life car and I have never stopped liking them so seeing what you could do for it would be great.
well done, beautiful colour I had a ford mk four zodiac in metallic gold when I was 19 I am 64 now would love to see you do one of those great channel all the best
Aoshima 1:24 Nissan 350Z. Its the only model version Ive seen with the correct rims sold in the US. Loved this kit and the actual car I owned for a period of time. It was in Midnight Blue. Second pick would be the Aoshima: 1:24 Top Secret Nissan 350Z / Fairlady Z33. Great work! thanks for sharing.
Loved the GTI seat cameos! I’d like to see an A70 Supra, the 2020 new tool from Hasegawa. They have the perfect 80s Japanese high-tech vibe. And let me know if you’re ever having a hard time tracking down Japanese kits!
Hello. I do admire your work and learn a lot through your videos. Thank You. Could You please build BMW E9 coupe or 1971 Plymouth Satellite 4 door? Regards and take care.
Ahh memory's... My dad use to own most of the celica I remember when he speed up the car give a warning sound "ting ting ting" when it goes more then 190km...nowdys it's hard to see this on the road.. Huhuhu
Beautiful build! You are clearly the master of clean and accurate builds! Actually I would love to see an airliner build from you since there also everything have to be perfect
A Convertible would be interesting, much detailing on the interior required ;) A british roadster, sth like Jaguar XK120, Triumph TR4, Morgan or the ultra rare Jaguar XK-SS. And a US Convertible, Pontiac Catalina or GTO, or some Lincoln or Cadillac....
Thank you for another spectacular video! I’m partial to vintage Honda cars and Tamiya kits so a S800 would be my cup of tea. But I’m happy with any kit or diorama that you do! A+++++
Totally awesome result, I admire Your patience with all that steps to make car body polish. And if You ask for another car subjects: a kind of challenge for You: find a IBG Models Polish Fiat 508 - there are different military cars, but is is not a trouble to make it as civil "post war" car. The trick is, that it is in 1/72 scale, and it will be very interesting to see You building car in small scale. All the best for You in whole 2023 year! ;)
Hey I wanted to ask, when you paint glass for headlights, taillights, blinkers etc., which side of the part do you paint? The innner that goes on the car, or the outer?
Hello Rahmi! I suppose you'll be making some more cars for a while... Well, until your next aircraft or sci-fi model, any french car will do. 🙂 But really, anything that you like would be all right.
Hi Radu thank you for your comment. I will build more cars I love that :) To be honest I think every modeler should do this. Because it is quite difficult to achieve realistic results in a clean model, but it is rewarding. Just like making a very detailed warship, it is a lane that develops modeling skills.
Idk if you would be able to find one (I’ve been looking around my local model stores and can’t find any) but if you could built a model of a second Gen (71-74) amc javelin AMX, that would be gratefully appreciated. It’s an American car from the 70s that has much inspiration from European cars
Very well made!!
One of the coolest looking but affordable cars - back then.
My favorite car of all time!

Very nice. I'd love to see a 1967 Mustang GT Fastback in 1/24 scale, honestly.
Oh yeah! 😀
Finally, a Toyota! Not sure if anyone makes them but a First Generation (1984-89) 4Runner would be cool to build.
I built the standard version of this kit in 2005 - it went together without any major hassle, looks great when it's finished and is still in my collection today. Love your color choice here.
nostalgic car. When I was in high school, my senior was the owner. I think I'll try making one too.
Memories!!! Mine was black though.

Stunning! The Celica was the car to have in the late 80s, nice to see it built so nicely.
Every time you put out a new video, I am even more impressed at your creativity and ingenuity at crafting those tiny parts. Absolutely amazing
Tamiya Honda RA272 F1 race car from 1965, That’s my vote, PLEASE! It’s a bit different than your other builds and comes in 1/20 or Big 1/12 scale.
I'd love to see you build a Ferrari 308/328. This one was great! A true classic.

Simply gorgeous! It looks as real as a 1:1! The color is amazing!
Great to see how a professional builds this model... I made an attempt and encountered a few challenges.
Beautiful work on a classic Japanese muscle car!
Paint turned out really good.

makes me feel like building a model car, need a break from tanks and aircraft!
Hey I wanted to ask, when you paint glass for headlights, taillights, blinkers etc., which side of the part do you paint? The innner that goes on the car, or the outer?
Dam another right hand drive.
Would love to see you do a volvo 240, and convert the available race version to a street car, there is a resin kit available for that...

I agree. Civilian cars need a different kind of skills and are quite difficult if you want them to be realistic.
Amazing work as usual…… do you have a video on how you made the garage back drop to show your cars?
Thans for the feedback! Yes, here is ua-cam.com/video/uxw2KetReX0/v-deo.html
My first car 😊
Would you also like to make a Scania R780 Topline?
would love to see a saab 93 :)

Fantastic.
Awesome 😃
Hello, but can the alclad chrome be touched after application? Doesn't it get ruined and lose the chrome effect?
Thank you.
Hi, when you apply it on its own black primer; yes, it's ok for any process like masking, buffing etc.
so cool!
Nice 😍😍😍. How about building one of those tiny helicopters from bell AH-1/AB-47 or OH-13 Sioux.
Superb my friend! Su-perb
Very nice car

Please build a Hasegawa 1/24 scale Datsun 240Z, part number 20405
Hi there, I’m new here. How long does such a car build take you to build?
Would love to see you build a Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R 😊
This one completed almost in two weeks. I recommend wait a day or two each body paint and varnish layer.
👏👏👏👏👏
What about a barn find 1968 Dodge Charger ?
Ferrari 330 P4
This is a very difficult model because the quality is poor but the car is amazing.

I don't understand why you sand the paint after applying the varnish. Wouldn't that scrape away the paint. I'm a noob.
