    SALMON SEASONING
    - olive oil

    *air fry 350 degrees for 15 minutes
    SPICY MAYO
    - 1 tbsp mayo
    - 1/2 tbsp sriracha
    - 1 tsp honey
    - salty & pepper
    CHICKEN SEASONING
    - olive oil
    - salt & pepper
    - garlic powder
    - onion powder
    - paprika
    - basil
    - oregano
    - knorr chicken bouillon
    *bake 420 degrees for 25 minutes (veggies), 40 minutes (chicken) or until brown

    I started the intermittent fast a little over a year and a half ago. My doctor recommended it to me because I’m diabetic and she said it is a good way to lost weight and control my insulin. She was right because my blood sugar/A1C is really good nowadays. I’m down 50 lbs and feeling and looking great. About a week ago I cut some things out of my everyday eating. I wanted to be down 60 lbs by my 60th Birthday which was in June but I didn’t achieve it. However, I’m still happy with where I am today. 😊 Good luck on you journey Stephanie. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    Another tip that helped me with that is I'd eat a smaller lunch and save most of the calories for evening/night time that way you have a heavy meal in the evening and will crave less! Then you'll stay fuller longer into the morning

    I started fasting again after taking a break from it and feel great. Whenever I crave something at night I have a hot cup of tea and that helps. Also just going to sleep earlier so those late night cravings don't kick in. You look great Stephanie!

    Your videos are so relatable. Thank you for making this video. I’m starting to eat healthy meals but I always struggle with how to prepare them, especially the smoothies so this video really helped. Hope you would make more of these videos! ❤

    I am so excited you have started fasting! I’m about 5 months in and LOVING the lifestyle. My energy levels are so much higher, and my brain fog has disappeared.
    If you haven’t already, read “Fast, Feast, Repeat” to understand the scientific info, it just makes it all make sense.
    The podcast is really good too! “Intermittent Fasting Stories”
    I am obsessed with learning all about fasting!

    Diet is a good word!! Diet just means what you eat. Has nothing to do with losing weight. Good luck on your journey!!!!

    Everything is good but in moderation. If you lack self control then It’s always best to avoid something e.g sugar. It’s always good to do what works for you. You look great☺️

    This is the second WIEIAD video I've seen of yours and it's so helpful. I like how you keep things simple. I am so inspired now. I have to ask. Do you find the halo top ice cream gets freezer burnt? Every time I get it. I put it back in the freezer and when I get to it again it's no good

    Love your channel! Do you look at sodium when reading labels? I have been trying to avoid too much sodium in products. I used to be obsessed with frozen meals for a quick lunch while working until I seen it had a high amount of sodium! ☹️

    Have you considered using your sugar free Liquid IV as a “pre-workout”? It has vitamin B in it for extra energy and will give you some electrolytes too. And could help with your anxiety around hydration. Win, win!

      I love those! I used to drink the energy liquid iv but it has sugar and calories, if they make a sugar free one I would deff drink that while still fasting!

    You might already know this but fun fact, breakfast literally means "break fast" like break the fast! So technically yes still breakfast ☺️
