Great idea about dry skin favorites. I find that most of the beauty youtubers have oily skin and I have a hard time adapting their recommendations to my skin type.

Well how the hell do you expect someone with oily skin to recommend products that they have zero use for? That’s not their fault. The world doesn’t revolve around you. So don’t expect anyone to recommend everything you want or need. Especially if they wouldn’t be able to relate
I don't have dry skin, but I'd still watch your videos on it.
The brush videos really interests me - I still struggle with finding the perfect brush for me.

Yes, to the dry skin series. I get a little frustrated with videos that are supposed to be dry skin but include products that really don’t address problems of seriously dry skin (like that Hangover primer). About this palette, I’ve got so many very good palettes that I’m not tempted by those that are just ok. I love the colors in that palette, but I’ve got LOTS of nice shimmers already.

First of all... Yay, I was so excited to see you finally got the Burgundy Bar!I'm glad to see that you thought it was better than the 24k palette.I wish it had more mattes but I still love the shimmer shades. I really feel like drugstore palettes in Australia are severely limited, especially if you want colour.
Drugstore shadows are definitely improving!
Planner series!!!! I love Erin Condren planners, but have gotten so disorganized lately. I could use some inspiration to get back with it. I also love the underrated products series idea.

I really love doing more typical Japanese styled eyeshadow looks which means shimmer everywhere. So I actually like that it’s more shimmer then mattes. Some people don’t like that and that’s whatever it that doesn’t mean that the pallet is bad. It’s just not your tastes. Western markets want more mattes to shimmers and the Japanese (really all Asian markets) want more shimmers. All my Asian brand eyeshadows have more shimmer then mattes but again that’s just what their market like. I like it too. I have other neutrals I can pull out. It’s not as much of a pain as some people might think it is to do. Probably the same people who pull out a gigantic pallet because that’s apparently more convenient then pulling out a couple smaller palettes😹

I do like the color selection in this palette, more so than Maybelline's other palettes. Not sure if it's piqued my interest enough to buy it, though.... Love those colors on your eyes..... I really like this color series on you!

Been available in Scandinavia for a while. Bought it. Didn’t use it more than 3 times. Colors look muddy after a few hours and lose color pigmentation.

I think the eye look is great! But it might be easier to achieve with some other palette. 😊
Have you watched Porcelain's video on Colour Pop's You had me at Hello. If you scratch of the sticker it says Luma and it is a Kathleen lights collab. I got it in my BoxyCharm this month. I scrapped a little off and it does say Luma underneath it. I wonder what is up with that.
I've seen a lot of people talking about it... I don't really understand what the big deal is. I'm glad they used the packaging instead of sending it to the landfill.
I just thought it was interesting. True it is good that it did not end up in a land fill.
If they would have made that lightest shade a matte, I’d be way more inclined to buy it.
They def needed more mattes!

Here's my issue .. There is really not a single freakin burgundy shade in the palette .. one reddish brown that they are trying to pass as burgundy .. and they called it the Burgundy bar .. I mean .. lame af
Just what I was going to say - so weird, there are quite a few releases from different companies palette-wise lately that seem to try to call colors something other than what they really are or fully exclude the color they base the thing on.
