  • Mentoring relationships offer a critical developmental tool to individuals at every career stage. In this session we will explore the myths and realities of mentoring, and how you can leverage these developmental relationships for career advancement as well as career and life satisfaction.
Recent research demonstrates that mentoring can take a variety of forms, and that a single mentoring relationship is not sufficient for maximizing personal learning and career growth. The concept of building a personal board of advisors-a developmental network-will be introduced and participants will have the opportunity to assess their current developmental networks and how to strengthen them.
Whether you are a recent graduate or mid-level executive, this webcast will provide valuable insights to help build your personal network for career growth.
    You will learn:
    - A strategic approach to enlisting the support of mentors, sponsors, and peers at work and in your personal life. |
    - How to make mentoring a part of your organizational culture-this improves morale and retention!
    - To develop and/or assess your own developmental network, as a mentor and a mentee.
    - How and why mentoring has changed given shifting demographics, globalization, and technology.
